I’ve ordered NAD+ nasal spray 3 bottles for 159.98 $ . Was very excited to try it but my order got lost. So I contacted Support and was very worried because nobody answered my emails. But then they did and resolved my issue very quickly and satisfactory. I got my order replaced and I’m happy now. Very excited to give the try.

I bought 2 different products and have really appreciated the difference even after 2 weeks. But I was really impressed with the support from the company. I thought I had purchased a bogo-type of deal and reached out to support when I hadn’t received what I was “supposed” to. After a few back and forths with a real person, the discovery was that it was an error on my part. They still accommodated my original claim and the interactions were that of honest, caring people. I will continue to use their products as they actually work and the company cares for its customers.

I received my product, I’m interested to see what the results will be!

THEY ARE CROOKS!! They have ZERO way to allow you to remove your credit card on file and even when you request to cancel the subscription they dont do it. They tell you to reach out to the Doctor because only they can cancel the subscription but then the Doctor side tells you that you have to contact Support....bacnk and forth, back and forth. No one can take accountability for your card being on file!!!

Then they bill you again and when you respond to THIER email with the RECEIPT, they claim they arent taking the money? I have reported them to my bank as fraudulent. Now I'm dealing with these crooks to get my card off file.

Buyer Beware!!! I ordered the 3 month Semorelin special. No provider consult, no health questions, nothing. Product did arrive 3 days later. The writing on the bottles is so small you can't read it. No instructions. I highly doubt that it's real since there is no pharmacy information. They look like knockoff's. Emailed several times with no answer. In the terms and conditions they state you agree to a whole bunch of things that I was not aware of. I canceled my card, initiated a charge back, and will be filing a complaint with the state. How do they administer without a prescription. It has to be a total scam and completely fake. And of course no phone number to reach anyone.

I have yet to receive the product to find out if it actually works. Do not believe the shipping times they post on their website. I was supposed to get the product earlier this week and it still shows that the label was created. Super awesome since the only reason I placed the order was because I would get it before we leave for a trip. I guess maybe if they ship it and it is still there when I get home I will be able to try it.

Seems their inability to respond to simple support emails and update their shipping status is a recurring theme. At this point I'll wait another week to hear from them before I file a chargeback with my bank. I will update my review if I ever hear back or receive the product.

I must express my disappointment with this company. Despite multiple attempts to reach them for support, I have received no assistance whatsoever. When I call the the customer support number listed on thier website, o one answers. I've send serveral emails, and checked my support portal, but still no response. Its been two weeks since I placed an order and I have yet to recieve my medicatation or a refund. This has been a truly frustrating experience, and I feel compelled to advise others against using this company. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Has anyone received the product? I will change my review once/if it is received. Status has been pending for a week.

I started on this a few months ago and wanted to cancel. I cancelled, immediately upon cancelling I lost access to the portal. I have been charged 3 times since then with 3 months of unused product. Customer support has been completely useless. I have emailed multiple times and they just say it’s never happened before and are working on it. Yet it’s been months since the first unauthorized charged. Last month they asked if I shipped it back but never told me exactly where to ship it back or sent a return label. I would highly recommend using a different company with better customer service. What I’m dealing with is basically fraud at this point.

This is a scam. You never meet with a doctor. You're not receiving semaglutide. You can't get ahold of customer service to speak with anyone. They lock you out of your account to cancel your subscription yourself. Had to cancel my card to get them to stop charging me

I love this product. I have been using it for almost a year in May. I have lost 52 pounds with diet exercise and SKNY drops. They keep me full and energized all day. Please don’t ever stop making them!

I was hesitant to try Semaglutide drops at first, but SKNY's support team walked me through every step of the process. Not only did I feel fully informed, but the drops actually worked wonders. Down 12 pounds already, and the follow-up support has been fantastic.

Cancelled Feb 14, 2025. They wrote and acknowledged cancellation but billed me anyway (tho didn’t ship product).
Now March and they billed me again!
I have called, texted and emailed all addresses and #’s. PLEASE do NOT do business with them. There are other reputable suppliers!!!

Easy to get product, however impossible to cancel. I cancelled they immediately blocked access to my account so my password no longer worked, when I tried to get a password reset nothing happened and I tried multiple times. They then still charged me the following month and I have spent over 3 weeks trying to email support back and forth and they want screenshot after screenshot, I have sent every proof I could possibly give them and they're still being incredibly difficult. I would go elsewhere for this item.

Do not use this service. You will never speak to a doctor and they said auto messages to everything! The prescription was not working and I noted the concern in my appointment no one reached out they just charged me for the next month. A clinic admin finally told me that the oral medication is not effective for 15% of people and I should switch to injections. When I asked them to cancel the prescription because I did not want an injection no one responded, but still charged me.I have done online weight loss in the past and an actual doctor always follows up during refills before the next prescription. I do not trust this company.

This site makes it easy to get medication that's affordable. They had simple questionnaires to fill out and my medication made it to my home in 2 days.

The website is easy to use. They are very quick to respond. I’m looking to loosing weight with them.
