I had a reminder that MOT, and service due.
I had a reminder that MOT, and service due, booked by phone. Car collected, work carried out, car delivered back washed, and hoovered. Paid by phone, never had to leave home. All work carried out to my satisfaction, no issues. I can not recommend this dealer enough, I have been a customer for ten years, never had a problem.

Jogger service
Our Jogger was serviced and given a courtesy clean afterwards. As usual Mitchells customer service was excellent. Was given a time scale and it was kept to.

Great service
Car was well serviced in the time I was given for it to be so. And when i picked it up it had been well cleaned. Reception staff are always polite and make u feel welcome.

There’s always a problem with my Dacia
Repair to fix a long term problem did not work after waiting months for a part to come in.
Fed up, frustrated and feeling my Dacia is never going to function without one problem or another. It’s coming up for 3 years old and hasn’t run without a problem for a single day yet.
