Do not order from this company. No phone service, only email. I've tried contacting them for 3 weeks. I'm out on $500+ on jerseys that do not fit, and i cannot return them because they will not contact me back after 4 emails. They just ignore you! Horrible company. I will never buy another item from them. They used to be great to work with, but not anymore! They do not care about the customer!

Order 4 weeks before Christmas and still haven't received item

Run by a bunch of amateur. They don't disclose the charges for shipping in Canada. They don't even put your phone number on the paper work for ups. So ups automatically charge full brokerage services fees because they can't reach you. They did ship the whole order so I had to pay twice the brokerage services. 5 days after I sent an email, no response.

Scam company! Do not order from them. I received my item but it was the wrong size completely and have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks. They will not respond to my email or calls, thus $50 down the drain. Wish I would've read these reviews prior to ordering. Will definitely do my part to get the word out... DO NOT order from this company!!

Confirmed my order, they cancelled it without telling me and never updated my order status. I had to inquire myself, wait a week for an answer, and then they just deleted my order from the order status page entirely. This business has terrible customer practices and is slimy until you spend your own time and effort to nail them down. I will never buy anything from them, and if you do, get it from somewhere ELSE not their own website. They are not reliably in contact with their customers and they don’t care how inconvenient it is.

Not only did I not order two jerseys, but they charged my credit card $600 CDN and then expected another $294.00 at the door! I can not reach them to get reimbursed. No one answers the phone. They take your money and run. Do not trust these people. They should be ashamed of themselves. I had to cancel my credit card as they committed fraud! Thank god I cancelled my card or they would have charged me more money! For nothing!

If I could give them 1 star I would absolutely terrible!!! I emailed customer service took them five days to respond said it was shipping asked for a date took them five days to respond to that email to tell me the order was cancelled!!! They are a bunch of liars!!! Took them a week to get my money back to me. They are a disgrace and have terrible customer service. I would not recommend doing business with them. All their reviews are true absolutely horrible company!! Everyone should leave a review with their experience.

I bought two sweaters for my husband. Both shrank two sizes after a normal wash and faded so much

I msged them to exchange or refund and didn’t hear back for weeks and it was basically a no after they asked for images. Took over two months and now it’s past 30 days.

Spent 100 dollars on each sweater
Bad quality, cheap fabric.

I've been trying to return a defective hat since 11/8/23. They havent responded to me since 11/16/23. They asked for me to send them photos, which I did and I never heard back from them again. I emailed them again today 12/4/23 and re included the photos pleading with them to do the right thing and grant me a return and refund. We'll see.

If I could give them a zero I would. This website does not respond to emails and I ordered this shirt over a month ago spending over 50 dollars and have yet to have any updates and I am pissed. I want the website to be shut down if they are going to scam people and take their money.

DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I’ve been trying to get my refund for 3 months! After they said they issued it and have stopped responding. Save yourself the stress. You won’t get responses for months at a time. They lied about ever issuing my refund and I have the emails to prove it. I will never shop from them again. I will be suing them.

I tried to order a shirt right when it dropped back in September but the website was crashing for 2+ hours and everything was sold out so I had to give up. The shirt was back in stock in mid-October and I was able to purchase it then. I received the shirt and it was too small, which I think is crazy because I used the measurements provided online to select a size and this shirt should have been oversized on me but, instead, it is really tight. Also the quality of the shirt is awful. It's so rough and feels cheap. I wanted to return or exchange the shirt and I was disappointed to read that there were no exchanges and, if you decide to return the shirt, not only will they not refund you for the original shipping fee, but you also have to pay out of pocket to return anything. Also, Mitchell & Ness never offer free shipping, regardless of how much you spend. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I had to pay to return something in the last 10 years. I guess for a company that prides itself on selling nostalgic clothing, it makes sense that they have extremely outdated policies.

Spent a year learning graphic design to make my own jerseys, mitchell and ness stole my design few weeks after i posted it on Insta. Reached out to them and they blocked me. Buy a starter jacket

I live in EU and I recently bought swingman NBA jersey from US website and it came damaged, number 1 on the back is wrinkled and it looks like the jersey was used before, quality is garbage, you should rather buy fake jersey from DH gate they are better quality, seriously. Since I paid high import tax charges and that literally cost me fortune I expected some kind of compensation instead of only return and refund option which don't make sense, because in that case I won't be compensated for tax and customs charge. Poor customer support, no answer at all, never again, what else to expect from company with such "high reviews" I've should've known better.

I ordered a mens medium t shirt and usually wear a womens xs. The shirt I received is for a toddler. Their return policy is TERRIBLE basically you cant return anything if it smells like your shipping package. Or if your tag is damaged. THEY OFFER NO EXCHANGES My baby shirt showed up with half a worn out tag and the plastic tag part INSIDE THE NECKLINE so, if I ever did want to gift this to a child, they would NEVER BE ABLE TO REMOVE THE TAG without cutting into the neckline. Dont know how it happened but like with this entire order, this whole order from this company was FULL of shock and awe!

Purchased a Swingman jersey advertised under 'Final sale' for 99GBP, assuming that it would be the Final sale.

2 weeks later, same product with every size available, advertised at 'Final sale' for 75GBP

Misadvertising + Reached out to customer service numerous times over the space of 2 months. Not one single response to any of my messages. Worst Customer Service I have EVER received (As I didn't receive any)

Mitchell and Ness you should be ashamed - Money grabbers with no care for the customers that are the sole reason you are in business in the first place. Shame on you.

Horrible me and my husband bought hoodies, cowboy hoodies we’ve kept them for the longest we washed them and they just went horrible. They shrink the lettering coming off. It’s all bad. This is unacceptable for the money you pay.

Horrible customer service. Bought a hat that was delivered looking used and when I tried to return it I couldn't even get an email back from their customer service. Do not buy from here.
