Do NOT order from them online! They don’t respond to emails and there is no phone number on the site, so if there is any problem with your order it will probably never be resolved… 🥴

Would give them zero stars if that was an option. If you get the wrong product, good luck returning it. Reached out over 30 times before I received a response….4 weeks later. STAY AWAY from this company

Their product quality is top draw. But the huge letdown of the company and when I say let down. It bring it from 5 stars down to 2 because their communication is horrendous. They do not offer any customer support. They ignore emails and you can’t ring or webchat them. No way of actually speaking to them. I do believe if they sorted this they would have many many more sales worldwide. Even just general enquiries about a sale they ignore.

Crazy that there are so many bad reviews when I’ve ordered from them at least 10+ times and it has always come thru in a timely manner. No jersey’s can compare to their authentics!

Avoid!!! Just horrible! Placed and order back on 1/13/24 and was allowed to purchase. One week later I emailed customer service and never hear back. Blast email from M&N saying low stock of Ewing Jerseys (40 left) on 1/18 and then another one saying 5 left on 1/23…so I thought it was in the clear. Got an email yesterday 2/6 telling me it was all sold out! Just horrible! Don’t waste your time and buy from someplace else directly.

Buy from anywhere else!!!but this stupid place. They are so unorganized and do not know what they are doing. I purchased a jersey three times and they refunded me back all three times saying the inventory wasn’t there but let me add it to my cart. They do not answer emails and will not let you return anything even though their return policy says 30 days

I sent a jersey back because I accidentally ordered 2. The company in Irvine, CA. received the jersey but no refund. Irvine is also Mitchell and Ness return warehouse. It's been over a week still no refund, or customer service contact on there end. No customer service number only email. Which they still don't respond.

Mitchell and ness has the absolute worse customer service. I ordered a hoodie over 6 weeks ago and to date havent received. I have sent 3 emails for a status and to date no reply. Needless to say i will not be ordering ever again from them. Bad business practices.

Echoing previous reviews that their customer service is ABYSMAL. I was sent the incorrect item, the item I wanted is no longer in stock, and I'm trying to get them to send me a pre-paid return label since it was not my fault I have to return the item. It's been almost a month and the issue, which is as straightforward as can be, is not even close to resolved. AVOID AVOID AVOID

If I could give this company and -10 I would. I ordered something way before Christmas AND paid for two day shipping. The package that I ordered was never shipped out according to Jerry and I was so to expect a refund in 4-7 business days. It’s been a month. The customer service for this company is none existent and very much TRASH!!!! I will never order from this company again. I will never spend hard earned money with them. I advise you to NOT SPEND MONEY here, a company with quick response and professionalism is more deserving than this company. You guys charge so much only to stop communicating when you get the money.

Ordered a jersey online. Came in with 110$ customs fee on top of the 25$ they charged me at checkout. That makes shipping more expensive than the jersey?? That makes no sense. Now to get a refund is a complete joke. Can’t speak to a human if my life depended on it. Sending emails back and forth is a joke, well actually only 1 way as they have yet to answer to any of my complaints. Worst online experience ever. Will never order through that company again👎👎👎

ZERO customer support provided. I've been requesting a return authorization for a $250 purchase for over a month ... they will not take phone calls and emails to CC go unanswered beyond an "auto response" stating "we are experiencing heavy email volume - delays will occur." DO NOT BUY DIRECT from this brand - terrible.

Ordered an item December 20th and still have yet to receive shipping confirmation or tracking. Automated responses is all you get when trying to contact them stay far away !!!! Do not waste your money or time !

This is sad, because their products are great, but the Mitchell and Ness organization is horrible. I recently purchased a Christmas gift which did not fit, and found that their customer service is an unresponsive black hole. I am now a month past the purchase date, with a gift that will go unused, and unreturnable. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MITCHELL AND NESS ONLINE.

Ordered my husbands Christmas gift Dec. 8, paid almost $200 and got 2-day shipping. No word for a week, so I contacted customer support. No response. Now it’s Dec. 26, Christmas has come and gone, and STILL no reply from customer support. No updates on the order. Not expecting it to ever come at this point and not even sure if I’ll ever get a refund. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Very slow company as far as shipping, response time, and do not have to return something as they go ghost for a very long time. Still waiting on my refund some 2 weeks later. Never again!

Awful experience. My sweet dad always gets me something special for christmas and they told him five days before christmas they had to cancel his order because the jacket he bought was out of stock when he ordered it. Shame on this company for allowing purchases to be made on items they can’t even provide. Do not shop here, if anything get your items at local stores or eBay.

DO NOT ORDER. They charged me $82 for a cheap sweatshirt that had an iron on decal. Wont pay return postage and wont refund the shipping i paid to have this piece of crap mailed to me. Worst customer service ever.
