Dont think this clothing company exists anymore.
But just wanted to write this review
I first bought hoodies, t-shirts from these back in 2018. Honestly. For £70. The design, the material. The overall comfort of the clothing was spot on. Ive just tried to find a meduza hoodie online. But cant find anything. Not sure what happened to them. They were a quality little clothing brand. Shame the site doesn’t exist anymore

Took ages to send out the jeans after taking my money wore them for less then a month and all the logos and deisgn started to fall off send back for a refund and still not recived a refund 3 weeks later DO NOT USE this compnay

Placed an order almost two weeks ago. ive emailed plenty of times for an update and got no reply so far. Just saying order placed... But money taken. No contact number to call them and no idea what im supposed to do now

The worst customer service.
Received my order, to find an item missing.
Emailed regarding this and had no reply after a week. Emailed again finally got a reply sometime later to say was out of stock and they would refund.
Don’t know why they didn’t just do that on shipping and notify me that the item wasn’t available, only notified me if this after weeks of chasing.

Still no sign of refund weeks later, emailed again yet again no reply. Doesn’t look like I’ll be getting it anytime soon.
Won’t be using this company again if it’s this hard to get your money back for something you didn’t receive

Amazing customer service - emailed and asked for a fast track shipping and they pulled my order and got on it that day. Received it today only 2 days after placing the order. Thank you so much! Will definitely be ordering again
