Had no problem with this company at all. The whole process was quick and smooth. Delivery was great. I purchased the gold dome ring and it looks exactly like the pictures. The sizing is very accurate. The quality is perfect. I would definitely purchase again from Misoa.

Best customer service ever! Not to mention unheard of prices, great communication and exquisite workmanship. I ordered a custom piece and was consulted every step of the way. The estimated price point was way below what I even thought possible. Shipping was insanely fast; got here a couple days early, and it’s a beautiful piece I will cherish forever!

I ordered two of necklaces, one for my mum and the other for me, for her birthday. Customized to the T. Arzu was so helpful and gave me ideas for designs/options. She was so quick in responses and kept me updated throughout the process. The necklaces arrived a week before the due date, so impressed with the entire service overall. The necklace is absolutely stunning. Actually so shiny and delicate. Love it!

Exceeded expectations

Bracelet
Ordered a custom bracelet from Misoa and was it ever beautiful. It was exactly what I was looking for and if not more. The quality and work on the bracelet was excellent.
