Hallo Thomas Wollny, wir haben deine Mail mit der Bitte um Rückerstattung am Fr., 9. Juli, 14:34 (vor 2 Tagen) erhalten. Leider fehlte in der Mail das Widerrufsformular. Wir haben jedoch auf die Zusendung des Widerrufsformulars verzichtet und deine Rücksendung Gestern (am 10.07.21) erhalten. Daraufhin wurde dir heute morgen eine Rückerstattung auf Deine ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode veranlasst. Falls dies nicht zutreffend ist, korrigiere uns bitte. Der direkte Kundenkontakt ist uns äußerst wichtig, daher haben wir kurzzeitig einen Live-Chat genutzt um noch direkter auf Anfragen einzugehen. Leider kam es dadurch zu mehr Anfragen nach Schließung unserer Bürozeit, auf welche wir nicht sofort eingehen konnten, da unsere Mitarbeiter verständlicherweise keine Anfragen am späten Abend beantwortet haben. Wir werden uns diesbezüglich in naher Zukunft eine alternative überlegen, damit solche Ereignisse ein Einzelfall bleiben.
