Best customer service!
I had been wanting a particular hat for MONTHS after seeing it online but it was 'sold out' online. I commented on an Instagram post asking if it would be restocked. The Instagram team popped one available on their site right then and let me know! Suffice to say I'm stoked! Delivery time to Australia was reasonable. Overall cost in AUD was painful but so worth it. Love my hat!

Love the quality of products
Love the quality of products! My recent order was missing an item and I’m still waiting to hear back. Customer service could be improved but other than that I will still continue being a customer since I do love the products.

I did not receive all the items I ordered and misery has not responded to my customer service emails trying to resolve this issue.
Update: The company did reach out to rectify this issue and sent the item again with no charge. I will say the quality of the items I did receive is very good.

I still haven’t received my hoodies
I still haven’t received my hoodies and I have emailed them about any information and I did not get a reply. I have been waiting for a month with no information on them. I try to track them and they haven’t even left the UK yet.

Hi Benjamin Andrew Thomas, I'm sorry you're not happy with the products you received, you should of emailed us first if you were not happy with the items. The green sunglasses do infact have a tint, which is shown on the product listing and mentioned in the description, they are not black lenses they're just kinda smoky & that is shown in the images. The beanies are intentionally small, they are fisherman style, above ear beanies & the sizing is again stated in the product description.
