Disappointing

The jumpsuit I ordered was fantastic but the tiebelt that came with it was too small. The website displayed a picture that had the belt tied in a large bow but the actual belt that arrived only just tied with no room for a bow as advertised. Minimum mouse said they would help but to date no help has been given

We did say we would see if we could find another belt for you but we have been unable to - unfortunately all the belts are the same length. Brilliant!

Problems dealt with missing parcel swiftly and excellent customer service. Jumpsuit itself is perfectly gorgeous and was admired allllll night 💚 thank you Minimum Mouse

The skirt was different to what I ordered

I bought the skirt, however, when it arrived it was the same pattern, but a completely different length, and had no buttons down the front. I quite liked the other skirt, but it was not the same one as I ordered. I did check to see if they sold something similar and there were no other skirts with the same pattern on, so it was rather odd.....

Simply fabulous

I came across with Minimum Mouse during the vintage market. The lady at the stall was very kind and helpful but I couldn’t decide which dungarees looks better. She referred me to the website where I found my perfect dungarees- thank you! Free UK delivery is great: please keep it up. My order came quickly. Nothing to complain about. My new dungarees and brilliant experience with Minimum Mouse are flying back with me to Germany!
