Ordered AEX50 Eartips from Minidisc and as per previous purchases they arrived in good time and the product is excellent. Fantastic Fit and so comfortable you hardy feel them in your ears.
I have to use XL Ear Tips and these are now a great addition to sets that actually give a great seal when inserted.

Meze Strada
The bass is controlled, drums have weight, vocals sound natural, and cymbals aren’t sharp. Most importantly, they pull me into the music and comfortable to wear. Very engaging and easy to listen to for hours and great isolation.

Bought open-box and a cable was missing from the previous return. Lachlan sorted it quickly and the replacement posted next day. Great service.

Minidisc Alert
Minidisc alerted me that the repair to my headphones had been completed twice previously and asked the supplier to repair again under warranty. Their response was that parts for my device were no longer available so they offered me a new pair at a discounted price which I accepted.

Knowledgeable advice
Knowledgeable advice and Joseph was a great help over the phone. I am new to the world of higher end headphones and was pointed in the right direction. Live interstate so was not able to test in person but am very happy with my purchase which arrived promptly the next day via express post.
