I have ordered the latest HiBY R3II…
I have ordered the latest HiBY R3II product which supposed to be the 2025 production.How ever setting the date on the HiBy R3II device the date started was 2022.
+ no microphone supplied with it , and no radio reception

Thank you for your order. I can confirm the unit you ordered is the latest R3II 2025. This can be confirmed on the packaging where it will be identified as the 2025 version above the EAN barcode in the bottom right. You are also welcome to confirm with Hiby by supplying the serial number. Regarding the microphone and radio, the R3 Pro II does not feature a microphone and supports internet radio. You may have be thinking of the Hiby M300 which does feature FM radio and a built in microphone. We do offer a 21 day change of mind return policy with 15% restocking fee so please reach out to us if you ordered the wrong one.

These guys are fantastic, I mistakingly ordered the wrong product and emailed them. Wing corrected my order within a handful of hours and sent the product out to me the next day. He was replying after hours (wing please have some rest) but it shows the dedication this team have to their customers. Thank you!

Great team - accommodating and helpful, answering all questions patiently as well as being able to provide insights on their experiences on the products. Bought an open box item with a missing connector and the team happily assisted in ordering a new connector from the vendor. Very satisfied!!

Thank you for your order. As it happens the standard single size packs of Azla tips comes with 4 pieces, whereas the 3 size multipacks come with 6 pieces. This is reflected on our website; when you click the size to order, it shows you the number of eartips included. Hope this clears things up.

The Nunchaku is DYNAMIC!
The Nunchaku is so much more dynamic and engaging than I had hoped! My open and closed headphones and IEMs all synergise perfectly. So glad I opted to try the tube/valve sound. Fast shipping and excellent packaging are hallmarks of Minidisc. I think this is my sixth buy from this brilliant store.

Checkout page freezed
The checkout page was freezed after I have approved payment by card, so that I have to email the team to check on that. While the team was helpful and confirmed that a purchase has been proceeded in their system, then everything’s fine. It would be even better if the checkout process was smoother without hiccup like this.
