Just terrible, the correspondence is just seriously bad, they have no interest in solving any issues like a £200 order that hasn't turned up after being told for the last 4 weeks to 'wait for next week' one box arrived completely wrecked and the other is no where to be seen. They should take a leaf out of other professional beauty suppliers and look after their customers. Thankfully I have never had this issue with any of my other suppliers and going forward will not being using them. I wish I hadn't bothered to try them out in the first place, constant headache. Having to now raise this through PayPal, as I am getting nowhere with the company.

Wow why is there so many bad reviews on this item and company.
It's not sent from the UK. But delivery is quick.
The bottle that came with machine had leaked but that was the fault of delivery company.
Any now on to the tan liquid and machine.
Done my whole body with no problems at all.
Washed off after an hour. And was like where's my tan gone. A few hours later it's back looking nice. As still activates.
No streaks.
No looking orange.
I actually look like I have had a holiday in the sun.
I have used lots of fake tans but this is one of the best and i will be using this company for all my refills.
If you buy just make sure you read instructions properly and you will have no problems at all.
If you see all bad reviews don't let it put you off as I nearly did.
Great job mine tan. Definitely worth a 5star from me.

Received my tan machine with no problems, the machine it’s self isn’t great. It has no constant spray just a puff of spray now and again. So not an even tan, the tan I did get was a lovely colour just very streaky.

Absolutley terrible company to deal with. Did not arrive just kept getting emails saying Fedex said it will arrive but did not. My daughters birthday is tomorrow but they don't care about that ! DO NOT buy from this company thank god I used Paypal so will get a refund with my case open. Otherwise do not think I would of got back my £93.00

Terrible product. Virtually non existent customer service. The spray machine is awful and despite my emailing them no less than 10 times I received no appropriate response other than a standard email. In the end I approached a BBC consumer program who dealt with the matter on my behalf and hallelujah I received a full refund. Avoid this company!

This service is absolutely appalling!!!! It takes ages to even get a bloody response from them on email! There number that is also on the bottom of the email is missing a number... bit dodge!

Terrible product, even worse customer service. The sprat tan machine is just awful and they do not accept returns despite it being of poor quality and faulty.

Love love love 🥰 the self tan machine is amazing,the products are amazing , I'm about to order a new machine for pro tanning and switch to this brand for my clients, was kinda shocked at all the bad reviews but maybe was just teething problems being quite a newish company ❤️

Absolutely no customer service at all. My orders gone missing, tracking states its still 'in transit' and i have had no reply's to any of my emails and still no product delivered or refund issued. Ordered through mine tans sister company: btan.rocks

There is no contact number o get in touch with anyone either. Even tried their Facebook messenger - Nothing!

Safe to say this will be the last order I make withh this company.

They sent me a defective product and they literally blocked me when i contacted them to get help. i'm really shocked

I would give this a minus if possible! Terrible customer service! I received an incomplte order that I paid in full for. I've been messaging them for 3 weeks now asking for my goods, and still no reply!

Worst company I have ever used, firstly I waited 2 and a half weeks on my solution to arrive and the customer service I received while waiting on my product is shocking. I received the solution and it has turned 3 of my clients green so I used it on myself and obviously followed all the correct procedures and within an hour and a half I was green all over had to scrub my skin red raw to get it off. I’ve emailed the company many times an it is excuse after excuse. I’ve been a beauty therapist for years and this is the worst product I’ve ever used AVOID THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAM.

I was really skeptical to purchase their spray tan machine and solution bundle. I even tried canceling the order after seeing all the negative reviews. I thought I was duped into a scam. However, my order arrived 3 days after placing the order (I live in Chicago and I believe it was shipped from Nashville, TN).

I have been an avid spray tanner for years and years. Its expensive to have a monthly unlimited membership at a tanning salon so I thought I’d test this out. It would save me a lot of money in the long run!

I tried it and loved it! It will take me a bit to get used to it and get everything even. However as I used it more and more in my first session, i was able to get the hang of it pretty quickly and eventually get it all evenly. It was so awesome! The tan looks just like the tan Id get from my salon. I love it! I just hope the machine works for a really long time. The solution had no smell and even smelled sweet. Nothing like a spray tan smell! I didnt even know that was possible.

Cleanup is SUPER easy. I did it standing in the tub and just rinsed it after. Even before I rinsed it it barely made a mess at all and it rinsed clean very quickly and easily. Im really excited to purchase more bottles of tanning solution. I even want to use it for my mom and sister for my sisters wedding! Im so excited about this little machine.

Part of my Order (UK13133) not received. Ordered 01/05/21 one bottle of med tan solution and one bottle darker than dark soliton! Got an email over a week later to say my order was in hold as darker than dark was out of stock, I responded to say I’d have the next darkest one or a refund. Then replied to say the darker than dark was back in stock, which I received 21/5/21 but no medium dark solution ?? I have emailed several times and sent pictures of the packaging as requested and now they’re aren’t responding to my emails!! I would advise anyone to steer clear it this robbing company!!

it is saying 20% off for new customers never received a code even 3 emails has been sent, was told its on the left somewhere , I WOULD NOT SEND YOU 3 EMAILS IF I WOULD OF SEEN ON THE LEFT.

Never received my product ordered in April. No email that works and it cost $29.98. Not ok

My items are stuck in Customs and their Customer Service team have offered zero help to try and resolve. They have the relationship with the Courier and therefore their responsibility. The order was place on 23rd April and still not heard anything.

I have received a number of other items from other suppliers, which have been shipped from outside of the UK, and have gone through Customs with minimal disruption.

Please get a grip and sort this out!
