Plus d'un mois pour recevoir ma commande et le pire arrive au moment du remboursement : on me demande de payer moi-même les frais de retour, alors que c'est entièrement leur faute. C'est purement malhonnête : ils font payer au client leurs propres dysfonctionnements.

Je ne recommande absolument pas Minetan. Il existe largement mieux ailleurs, avec un vrai service client et une livraison fiable — Isle of Paradise, Tan-Luxe ou Bondi Sands par exemple assument leurs délais et ne font pas payer les retours quand le problème vient d'eux. Ne perdez pas votre temps ni votre argent avec Minetan, tournez-vous vers une marque qui respecte ses clients.

8 emails and 2 online enquiries later and still no order. If you are on this page most likely it is already too late and they have scammed you also. Lying, thieving cowboys and I will make a review each day until I receive a refund.

I placed my order on 1 July and waited over over a week without receiving shipping details. After requesting a refund due to the delay, my cancellation was ignored and the order was shipped instead.

I then received a delivery notification showing my order had been delivered to another customer in a different county, with someone else's name and email details. This raised serious concerns about how my order was handled.

Poor communication, excessive delays, and a failure to process my refund request have left me with no confidence in this company. I would not recommend them.

Absolutely zero customer service. No tracking number on my 2 orders. have emailed Mine Tan Europe based in the Netherlands twice, no response. shocking. Never buy from them complete Cowboys. Misleading website too, I thought I was ordering from within Ireland and Irish brand. But they are American .... allegedly with their suppliers in NL ... allegedly

If I could rate this company 0 stars I really would. I so wish I’d have viewed this before ordering my spray tan machine!

Please do not order from this company. My mum bought me a new spray tan machine for my birthday, as my old gun had broken (different brand). I wanted an upgrade, researched best ones and this one was rated high up so thought why not.

I have used their tanning solutions previous and they were really good and have had no complaints.

Although after receiving my machine, I noticed that the hose and the gun did not fit correctly and air was passing through, which was an instant red flag. I have been tanning for over 15 years so I know how they work. I emailed the company on the same day I received it, explaining my concerns and that I was in a hurry to sort this out. They took 3 days to reply, and then sent me a video on how it is set up and to confirm if that looked
Right and asked if I wanted a refund and they would send me the information. They also confirmed that the air passing through the hose is perfectly normal.

In all fairness it did look as per the video but it was the fact the pressure was really weak just with air coming out of the hose. I asked if I could try the machine fully to see it actually worked or would this impact my refund. As I wasn’t going to risk them not accepting it back.

Although that was the last time I heard from them! It’s now been 8 days and still nothing I have sent numerous emails and nothing. I found one contact number which was an Amsterdam phone number, which is never answered. I just want a refund now as I’m beyond annoyed. The customer service is so poor.

My mums had to now go through the bank to see what can be done. I have now purchased a new machine from a reputable company. It’s a real shame as I was really looking forward to using their machine.

So please be careful and don’t even chance buying off them encase you experience the same thing! How they’re still operating after all these reviews is beyond me and it’s been like this for YEARS!

Produits catastrophiques. Ça fait 10 ans que j’utilise de l’autobronzant je n’ai jamais vu de produit aussi mauvais. J’ai acheté leur kit spray tan, la solution est horrible. Elle laisse des tâches malgré une bonne préparation, le produit s’accroche plus à certains endroits ce qui donne un résultat pas uniforme du tout. Quand le bronzage commence à s’estomper il fait de grosses taches partout sur le corps. Même en préparant sa peau correctement et en respectant toutes les consignes les problèmes restent les mêmes: Le problème c’est le produit. La machine n’est pas mieux: Elle ne vaporise pas du tout de manière uniforme et il faut repasser avec un gant ce qui est totalement contre-productif, autant utiliser une mousse bronzante directement c’est beaucoup plus simple.

Depuis plus d’un mois j’ai commandé une tente de bronzage, toujours rien reçu on me dit qu’elle est en rupture or tjrs dispo sur le site, qqln de mon entourage l’a bien reçu avec une commande après la mienne ! Et moi en rupture !!!! On ne fait que me donner des dates de remise en stock mais aucun envoie rien ! Et ne me répondent plus depuis que j’ai demandé mon remboursement intégral !!

Ich bin Neu Kunde und von allen Selbstbräunern, die ich mir bestellt habe bin ich begeistert. Der E Mail Kontakt mit Joana bei Rückfragen zu den Produkten war super und ich bekam immer rasch eine Antwort. Natürlich dauert der Versand länger da die Produkte aus dem Ausland versendet werden, ist ja dann auch ganz normal und da warte ich auch gerne drauf. Preisleistung ist top und sehr zu empfehlen. Weiter so Team Mine Tan.

Horrible spray tan machine never worked

Ik was even huiverig toen ik hier de reviews las nadat ik al besteld had. Gelukkig kwam mijn pakketje na een paar dagen al aan. Ik heb de producten nog niet geprobeerd maar het ziet er goed uit, ik ben erg benieuwd of Minetan mijn nieuwe favoriet wordt.

am i getting scammed? made an order over 2 weeks ago, and all i ever received was an automatic confirmation email right after. Never heard anything and reached out to the customer service 2 times, without success. Mine Tan can you please send to me what I paid for???

We ordered a home delivery nearly two weeks ago and it still ahsnt arrived. Ive emailed the company three times and we've had no response.. there's no phone number so at the moment we are stuck as to what to do next! Extremely frustrating as I love the tan when i get it done professionally so I wanted to get the self foam tan.

I’ve been using MineTan for over 5years I’m a spray tan professional with many customers. I ordered two bottles of double dark spray tan solution in March 25 as it was on buy one get one free .. they said it was out of stock & sent me coconut solution. I opened both bottles this week & they were both green . I’ve complained but been told it’s out of the time scale . Evidently both bottles are full as I already had stock open . I feel they sent this product as they knew it was short dated I’m applaud.

I have been using the blue coconut tan foam for about 9 months now and I’m obsessed, of all the tans I’ve used over the years, including Bali Body, St Tropez, and Bondi Sands this is by far the best for a streak free coverage and amazing colour. I have very fair skin and this gives me such a lovely olive colour, I get so many compliments! Love it!!

Heb 2 jaar geleden producten en spraytan toestel gekocht. Was tevreden. Ik had nu een nieuwe bestelling geplaatst van de spraytan vloeistof, maar hoorde enkele dagen niets. Heb 12/5 een mail gestuurd en kreeg de volgende dag antwoord. Het product was tijdelijk niet te verkrijgen. Door computerproblemen was de stock niet aangepast en had ik normaal gezien dit product niet kunnen bestellen. Was ook het geval voor meerdere producten. Heb aangegeven dat ik hen de tijd gaf tot eind mei en eiste anders mijn geld terug.
Maar ik moet zeggen dat ik door de dame (Mary) in kwestie goed geholpen ben per mail. Ze heeft mijn bestelling opgevolgd en info gegeven over de levering. Uiteindelijk heb ik mijn bestelling 20/5 ontvangen. Heb het nog niet geprobeerd, maar ga ervan uit dat het product niet gewijzigd is van samenstelling. Ik had beloofd aan de dame dat ik een goede review zou schrijven als mijn bestelling goed zou aankomen en dat heb ik bij deze gedaan. Dus uiteindelijk toch een tevreden klant.

Tellement déçue de leur autobronzant. Autant l’envoi a été rapide. Mais la qualité du produit laisse à désirer. Le rendu est orange. J’ai essayé Bali body, coco and eve et c’était nickel. Hi, I purchased a bottle of Mine Tan from Chemist Warehouse in Spotswood, Victoria, yesterday. It is the new shape bottle, which I'd never purchased. I went to use it today (for the first time), and upon opening it and pressing the pump down, all the tan liquid just kept leaking out of the top, not creating any foam. The bottle literally keeps dripping all the tan out everywhere and I haven't even been able to use the product. I am extremely disappointed as I have wasted money on a product that i cannot use.

I really think that as a business you should be aware of this occurring, as its not fair on customers that spend their well earned money on faulty products.

this is an excellent product. My wife has tried all of the other brands but mine tan is her favourite, particularly the Moroccan dark tan. It works great and leaves her sensitive skin supple and smelling nice. They also have pretty amazing customer service which was an unexpectedly nice touch.

Buyer beware! Make sure to read the return policy. I foolishly did not. There were a lot of good reviews so I didn’t think I needed to then after going back and reviewing I noticed many of the reviews on their site are duplicates to make it seem like they have a ton of great reviews. The bronze babe spray gun is terrible. In trying to return, the customer service gives the run around and cites the warranty policy and will not refund any money! I was asked to make a video with the spray gun to prove the malfunction and once reviewed a new machine could be sent. The spray gun is not what you see in the videos. Mostly air that comes out, which I’m sure I will be told is not a malfunction so therefore I’ll be stuck with my $70 tanning machine that doesn’t work. I simply would have liked to return and purchase foam products. Will never buy from this company again.
