Don’t give them your money!

Don’t give them your money!! My first couple of orders were fine but now like everyone else I ordered a ring over two months ago and it never arrived, it’s apparently been sitting with the courier for over 50 days, customer service is useless and just keeps telling you to track the package. Also all of the positive reviews on here are from a one-week period in October last year, I’m guessing because Milou sent an email that week saying “leave a nice review and get a free gift”…pretty sure no one got their gifts!

Ordered nearly 2 months ago, no update on ETA and no refund. Zero faith in this company -- appears to be a scam which is really disappointing as I ordered from them 2 years ago and really like what I purchased. DO NOT BUY.

It’s been 6 weeks and i still haven’t…

It’s been 6 weeks and i still haven’t received my items. I tried contacting someone though the chat 3 times, no answer. Mia reached out saying my order would be expedited. Still nothing. I responded and asked for a refund. AGAIN no response. This business is a joke. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING FROM HERE.

I have never received my order

I have never received my order. I placed this order on the 9th of January. I chased the order on the 24th and haven't heard back from them. The tracker doesn't even update.

If I could give a zero it wouldn't be low enough.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I placed an order, they never shipped it.
I asked for them to cancel my order and refund me. It took 10 days for them to respond to me and then magically "shipped" my order the next day and refusing to cancel my order.

The order was supposedly delivered by their courier, but I never received anything.

Their customer service is slow and rude and unhelpful. They're thieves. I will be taking the business to fair trading as they are clearly a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.

EDIT/ADDITION: I emailed the customer service email address they provided in the response below and the email account bounced saying undeliverable and that the domain name system does not exist. More proof that its a scam.

They then gave me the correct address, after a few back and forths and my below email they have now just decided to stop responding to me. Theives and scam artists. Do not order from them.

just sharing my honest feedback, the experience has been terrible. I work in ecommerce myself so I am well aware of my rights as a consumer and this has been the worst experience I've ever experiences with a business.

Mia offers to resend the order, attributing delays to external factors like postal service issues.
Mell declines the offer and reiterates her request for cancellation and full refund.
Despite this, the order is marked as "shipped" on the same day.

Mia asks Mell for her order number.
Mell provides her order number (5XXXX) and reaffirms her frustration with the ongoing issue.

Mia claims the order has been delivered and provides a tracking link.

I am disputing this delivery. The courier is not a reputable company in Australia and there is no proof of delivery.
We were away 5 - 11 Jan, and couriers should take parcels to a post office or arrange redelivery if the customer is not home. I've provided a photo of our house entrance and gate, this is very clearly not a safe place to leave parcels unattended and no reputable courier (if said courier even exists) would leave a parcel directly on the street unattended.
I still have very little faith that this order was truly shipped and delivered. The courier company "iMile" have even worse reviews than Milou

As of 12 Feb no product still received. They are now blaming the courier but refuse to reach out to the courier which is the responsibility of the seller under Australian consumer laws.

No proof of delivery has been provided outside of a tracking link - they're not able to show any photos of the delivery or provide gps coordinates. My front gate is directly on the street with no safe place to leave a package unattended.

I have now emailed Milou probably 4 times regarding proper proof of delivery from their courier with no response from their team. They have decided that I am not worth their time or customer support and are just ghosting me in order to get out of having to deal with their awful service.

I urge anyone considering purchasing from Milou not to do so.

Just to add here we have confirmation from the courier that your order was successfully delivered, but you were on holiday when it was delivered, so you have said that we never delivered it and we are a scam, which is untrue, we have provided you with proof of delivery and confirmation from the courier.

I also personally reached out and offered to resend your order to you, which you haven’t responded to.

This Jewellery website is a Scam! I also purchased and never received items.

The same situation happened as many other reviews on here. I also received an email about package being shipped and never received anything. No response from customer service, complete and total scam.
Do not buy from this website !!

Scam! Purchased and never received items! Dont trust the reviews on trustpilot as they must be fake. Like everyone else, i received an email about package being shipped and never received anything. No response from customer service, complete and total scam. DO NOT BUY!!!

Beware, never got my items

I ordered my item almost one month ago and I got an email that it has shipped but the information has never been updated and says it’s still sitting in China. This is a complete scam. Do not buy from them, I will be asking for a charge back.

Never received items

I ordered something from them over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I have reached out to customer service asking for tracking information and have received no response.

Edit -
I have emailed them looking for tracking info, messaged them through the shop app and through the customer chat on their website several times and no answers. I received ONE response from someone saying sorry and asking me to take down this review. Even with the audacity for them to ask that they STILL never provided me with tracking information or let me know if my items have even shipped yet.

if you have acidic sweat... Milou is perfect

I manage to eat through most jewellery within hours of wearing them, but it hasn't happened with Milou yet! I am so glad I found them! I have owned some pieces for a year now (I even wore them when swimming!) and they are still perfect like the day I got them. I keep recommending Milou to people and give it as gift. Nobody has complained!

I ordered the items 3 weeks ago

I ordered the items 3 weeks ago. With in a couple days I got tracking notification that the item was ready for shipping. I have not received the order and there have been no more updates to the tracking indicating that it has been shipped. I have emailed the company through Shop, on their website and through the email I received with my order number, to check on the status of my order and have had zero response.

I never received my order and tried to contact customer service several times with no luck. Really disappointed with my experience. They also promise free jewellery for good reviews so I wouldn't believe the positive reviews people have been leaving.
