Have bought from here and had no real issues. Because of this I knew it took time to receive your order. My ring faded after a year or so of heavy use so I asked about the lifetime warranty and was assured they would make good on the promise. Haven’t received anything over a month later. I also ordered separately about a three weeks before and haven’t received that either. I have emailed multiple times and haven’t received responses since the promise of replacement products.

It’s been over 2 months since ordering my jewelry. No one has gotten back to me about the order. I’m wondering if I will ever receive it.

Ordered some products over a month ago and no update! Online it says my order is 'ready to ship' and has said that for a month. Two emails later and no response. I'll be escalating this to get a refund and get this company listed as a scam. Disgusted!

Placed my order on 21/05/25 - got 1 reply in June then complete silence. I have ordered from here before and had no issues. Absolutely ridiculous at this point, some communication would be appreciated. Feels like they do NOT care about their customers, how do you build loyalty?

Customer service is shocking! I ordered my products 2 months ago and they still have not arrived! I have emailed them 3 times as well as tried to contact them on their website but have not heard a thing! Absolutely ridiculous and seems a total scam! Products do look lovely however I will never do this again!

I ordered 3 items on 7th July 2025, I still have not received them, no updates on my order too. I have emailed and got no response, sent messages on the instagram page, complete silence.

The tracking link does not work. My next step is contacting my credit company and then the ombudsman. I am usually skeptical about buying online, wish I checked the reviews first.

Don’t order from this site, the fact that others are having similar issues and getting no response from the company - makes it is look like a scam. Be warned.

Never received my order and it’s been a month. Trying to get in contact with them by email and no response at all, scam.

I ordered my items almost 2 months ago and they have not even been dispatched despite the 5-10 days shipping claim on their site.

I emailed the company twice in that time and have heard no response.

So far seems to be a complete scam. Better off buying from a place like bohomoon which offers better prices and excellent quality gold jewellery.

It's unfortunate as Milou pieces are gorgeous, but the bad reviews shouldn't be ignored. Really poor customer service and overall experience.

I would give zero stars if I could, placed an order in March and still haven't received it. Customer service is awful, have emailed them multiple times. I even requested a refund which they haven't responded to.

Do not buy from this company. I have not received my purchase. They are not getting back to me about it. It has been 2 months. Do not recommend.

Ordered from them two weeks ago - haven’t heard a SINGLE thing from them after multiple emails, contacting them via Instagram and leaving comments on their posts. Discovered others having the same issue as well. Will be disputing the charges on my cc shortly.

1 star is too much. No items ever sent , noone to contact, absolute scam ordered over a month ago and nothing!

Same as all the others on here. Ordered in 2024, happy with the product. Ordered in April 2025 and never heard from them again. 3x emails and 2x messages to customer bot with no response.

Keep reporting the complaints to your banks as they will get charged each time there is a chargeback (where you ask the card company for a refund) and if they rack up enough they get blocked

I placed my order on Mar 26th and have still not received it, nor any tracking updates via Route. I'm concerned that I've wasted my money and am struggling to find a way to contact Milou for information. Very disappointed.

May 26th update - still no sign of my order. Tracking app Route has notified me that my tracking has expired, not that it worked in the first place. After reading similar reviews from others I have disputed the transaction with my bank.

I just received the anti-smoking whistles, ordered 3 weeks ago. Including cleaning brushes and Mullein Leaf extract. For this I give Milou ☆☆☆☆, the last ☆ is in my hands how seriously and intensively I work with it and what the result is. But I am satisfied with the reasonably fast delivery.

This company is an absolute fraud. They just take your money and never give you the items. I bought items of 4th March and its now a month later and nothing. I emailed them asking for an update and they said 'they had been let down by multiple couriers and unfortunately that has left us with a backlog of undelivered orders'. I said OK then I will just take a refund instead since I bought these as a gift and it's gone well past it now. I never heard anything back. I've not emailed them 3 times begging for my money back. Problems with your couriers are YOUR problem, not the customer's. They don't know how to do business. How is this legal? They should be sued. Disgusting company.

I used to order from this company and delivery was fine. Ever since January things have changed. They do give you the run around, they say order was shipped when the carrier they use clearly says waiting for parcel. I have gone back and forth with Mia over this for two months and she continues to tell me that the order was shipped. She refuses to send a refund or send a new order. If you look at any of the good reviews they have the dates stop around October. Everything after that is a bad review. Like the other reviewers say... Do NOT order from her. Complete scam.

I have been waiting for delivery of several items for 2 months now, and the tracking shows that my order has not advanced since the first step. I assume this is happening because Milou is using a cheap, unreliable character to cut costs, but that directly affects the customer experience. I would like my money refunded to me.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND. THEY ARE LIARS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't even tell you how annoyed and mad I am.

It’s been over a month and my order is “stuck with the courier” in China. Had I known and read the reviews… but then I contacted the company 3 times asking for a refund and only got a response today asking if I’d like the order resent. Um no I’d like my money back. When does it become fraud?
