I found Milly Grace by accident when looking at jewellery by edge of ember. And boy am I glad I did! Because since I started buying MG, I’m now on 38 items I’ve purchased & then a few gifts I’ve had too. The designs are just great & they change, which I also love. The quality is fabulous & the price… nothing to complain about when you’re getting good quality, versatile & beautifully designed jewellery. I warn you… it’s hard to not become addicted! I was lucky enough to receive a refund on my order in their Boxing Day draw, which was an amazing surprise! I love the gold hoops which are exactly the right size for my ears, love that I can use them whilst in the gym, sleeping etc. I also bought the T bar gold necklace which is beautiful. Customer service was prompt and friendly when I contacted to enquire about the refund. Delivery was quick. Beautiful jewellery. Thank you so much 🙏

So happy with the earrings! I’d just about given up trying to wear earrings because every pair would make my ears sore and gunky. I’ve been wearing these for weeks now- no problems at all. They are really cute too.

My daughter had a Milly Grace necklace on the top of her Christmas present list - it was very popular, and showing as sold out, but the company found one in stock and arranged a very swift delivery. Hugely impressed with the customer service and communication and the necklace looks lovely.

I ordered the gold dainty choker necklace and I love it, really gives me a little bit of sparkle on my runs and in the gym. It doesn’t get in the way or irritate me when I’m training. Absolutely lovely thank you!

Took about 3 weeks for my order to arrive (not the 3-5 days delivery as stated at checkout), with no communication in the meantime, and unfortunately, one of the huggies has already broken when I was removing it. Real shame, because when they finally arrived, they were lovely.

UPDATE: Milly Grace responded and resolved the situation very quickly. The fault did not lie with the company but Royal Mail. They handled the problem with great efficiency. Thank you. The products are lovely.

I bought a pair of silver Huggies and charms x 2 paid really lovely. You can change the charms to have different looks. Really comfy to wear I have sensitive ears no problem with these.
Can wear them swimming so ideal on holidays.
Fab customer service I thought I was missing a charm I emailed response immediately it was my fault as advised it was tucked neatly in a beautiful soft carrier that they come in these are really handy to carry jewellery.
All round fantastic company beautiful jewellery and really good price.

The customer service team are so so lovely, my bracelet that I purchased didn’t have the strongest clasp and after a few wears I lost it. I emailed them just to let them know about the product and they were so kind and understanding they replaced it. I wasn’t expecting this and Havnt know a business to be this considerate before. Will purchase again from them as the product portfolio is lovely!

Brought some earrings for my daughter and they are absolutely beautiful. Very very quick delivery, dispatched the same day with tracking every step of the way, and txts every step of the way, which makes me think they care about their customers. Will most definitely use this company again.

Beware of dishonest pricing - even if you buy it they won't send it!

I bought three necklaces for the price shown to me after seeing them in an Instagram advert. I was really excited, as I could give my nieces a really nice present. The company took my money, it's been three days and I got an email saying "oops our mistake, you aren't getting what you paid for". Disappointed that I paid the advertised price and been told tough - nothing for you. My first experience with them and it will be my last.

Day 3 of non-response over emails and no refund. Only now cancelled the order after I commented publicly on Instagram. I would advise against doing business with this company and recommend taking your money elsewhere. They are also deleting any fair comments made on social media - how many other customers are they doing this to that complain?

What a super company. I placed my first order just a few days ago, and have been really “wowed” by their customer service. We received several confirmations that the order had been placed, dispatched etc., as well as regular delivery updates. The order arrived really quickly and the items are absolutely stunning!
