The staff at Miles Morgan were friendly, helpful and provided a lot of useful information. They were quick to respond to changes and eased the hassle of booking a holiday.

My holiday was suddenly cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances 4 days before departure. Chelsea helped find & book another holiday. Nothing was too much trouble

Chelsea was incredibly knowledgeable & went above & beyond to help us find the most suitable for a large group booking. She was patient & gave us time to make our final choice. We never felt rushed & she found us a fabulous deal that ticked all the right boxes

This was the first time I had used Miles Morgan as I usuallly use Trailfinders and have always been satisfied with thme However. having moved near Thame, it was good to find a local travel agent and I thought I would try them for a change. I received excellent service from Cathy Maynard and all with a smile.
I had chosen three different locations in Canada to visit in one trip, so not straightforward but Cathy and their Canada expert were happy to tweak the initial intinerary until I was happy with hotels, flight times etc. Everything was made easy for me . I shall use again.

Such a fantastic team, always friendly, go out of their way to help you, wouldn’t go any where else, Thame branch are the best!!
