Fiona was really helpful when I called…
Fiona was really helpful when I called enquiring about a cruise I was thinking of booking. Although I had done my research Fiona reminded me to add in flight costs and overnight hotel.
She made further enquiries regarding flights whilst I called my friend. When she called back with cheaper flights for us she stayed well past closing time to complete and confirm the booking on order I could complete it before the special offer ran out.

Hannah assisted us in rebooking a river…
Hannah assisted us in rebooking a river cruise that had been cancelled.
She also booked a last minute cruise for us checking carefully which cabins were available to ensure we had the best possible location.
Hannah also offered other services such as booking trips and airport parking.
A very pleasant and polite member of staff.
