We could not fault the help given us in the Stroud Office. Jenny did everything possible to fulfill our needs.

As a first time customer to this travel agents, I can honestly say my experience was wonderful.

I was booking a first time ever mini cruise for my husband’s birthday.
We have never been on a cruise of any sort before.

My travel agent was Jennifer Smith in the Stroud branch.

Jennifer was wonderful,
very friendly and very patient.
Jennifer explained everything clearly, and found me a wonderful birthday mini 4 day cruise for my husband’s birthday. surprise.
Which he is going to love ❤️
Jennifer is an asset to your company.

Another travel agent was also working I didn’t get her name but she was lovely too.
We all had great fun chatting and laughing, whilst I was booking my holiday.

Which put me at complete ease, what lovely staff you have at your Stroud branch.

I have also been into your Nailsworth branch, to make enquires about holidays.

And I have always spoken to Emma.
She’s a lovely lady and alway greets me with a smile, and makes me feel very welcome.

I can honestly say I will definitely be using your Stroud or Nailsworth branch again for any future holidays.

I do think wi-fi is needed in your Stroud branch tho, as I had to keep going outside to get wi-fi.

But a 5***** rating from me for such wonderful service. It was superb.

Karen was fantastic both listening to what we wanted from our holiday but also suggesting us destinations we had not even considered based on her recommendations!
She spent time searching to find us the best deals and flight times and we are so pleased with the outcome.
She also spent time giving us brochures to think ahead to our honeymoon next year.
We will definitely be back to discuss our future holiday plans with her!
