Miles Morgan’s customer service is outstanding. So friendly, so professional.
Everything is taken care of.
I booked at the a Nailsworth branch and found Onya, who took my booking was lovely and so professional.
I subsequently dealt with Claire, who I didn’t actually meet, but who sounded so natural over the phone.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book through Miles Morgan again. I was genuinely impressed.

Clair was so knowledgeable and helpful. We went to pay the balance on out holiday to Cyprus and came away with another holiday to Majorca so 2 to look forward to.very thankful for her help

We were greeted very warmly and made to feel welcome. Emma listened carefully to our wishes re a holiday and did extensive research to assist us in our choice. We were given plenty of time to make that choice and then extensive help in the practicalities of paying. Pickup and return to and from Heathrow was arranged for us. A further visit to complete the booking was arranged. We appreciated the cup of tea made for us.

I sent email with a holiday idea, response a number of suggestions from Claire based on previous clients feedback, to us making a decision and making a booking within a week. Brilliant friendly service from the team once again. Why go anywhere else

We almost always use MMT Nailsworth for our holiday bookings and Claire usually takes care of the arrangements. She is always cheerful and professional with a great deal of knowledge of the business acquired over many years.

I got fed up trawling the internet for the right 5 Stans Silk Road trip for me. Claire in Nailsworth listened to what I wanted, suggested extra details I hadn’t thought of (eg help with visas), and presented me with 4 great options the same day with a range of budgets. I’m booked for next April. Easy! And I had a good laugh, too!

Whichever member of the team is available, they make you welcome and you never feel rushed into making any decisions. They are a fount of knowledge and expertise so are able to advise but never persuade. We always look forward to visiting them. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Claire was very helpful, gave good advice for self help,took time to understand our requirements/preferences,worked outside her shift hours to enable us to maake a decision.

Whoever you see in branch you get a honest and fair veiw of the holiday you want. I always go in 95% sure of what I would like but I appreciate their knowledge and advice. The staff are a good team and always pleasant a consistent with the way that you are treated.
