A very friendly, professional travel agent
Michelle was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole booking progress, also Olga advised me on changing my currency when I need to.
It was a very hot day and I was offered a bottle of cold water as soon as I arrived and also asked if I wanted another before I left.
I found this to be a lovely friendly and professional environment which took the stress of booking a long haul flight away from me.

We have used the Monmouth branch a few times over the years and have always found them very helpful. We have just booked a Caribbean Cruise for Feb 26 for our 50th wedding anniversary and Clare was very helpful and patient with us. Find all them very helpful

Excellent service by Michelle Timewell. Efficient, friendly and took time and patience to understand our holiday needs. Will definitely use again. When we went to the cruise ship seminar, we had only planned to listen and ended up booking as Michelle was so helpful. Its a great event to have all major cruise companies under one roof. The cruise line speakers should help Miles Morgan up-sell the offers/benefits on site when booking on the day.

The staff were so helpful
The staff were so helpful. I wasn’t sure about the destination and asked for advice and suggestions. Nicki was lovely. She immediately helped me and sent me information with options.
I went back a couple of times and appreciated her relaxed approach. Not pressured but patient and kind.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I have dealt with staff at 2 stores. The get to know their customers and treat them like friends. Nicki at Monmouth has got me a great solo cruise deal.
