Conor is just exceptional, he always remembers us, is super patient and knows exactly what we want and need and has found us the perfect holiday with everything we wanted and needed for our large family with young children. Highly recommend!!

The agent was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice when offering us suggestions.

The booking was more complicated than normal but Connor the Agent was very patient and thorough and explained all the constraints with this particular booking and eventually we were successful in booking the holiday. Other staff in the office passed on messages promptly. I have used Miles Morgan as my Travel Agent for well over ten years and have always had satisfactory bookings with them . I would not go
with any other travel company.

The manager, Conor Watts, is very helpful in spends time finding the type and holiday wated as well as the best value.

Nice friendly staff when you walk in. Well organised and clean premises. Made to feel at ease as walking into a travel agent can feel overwhelming sometimes especially with the number of possible vacations available. Very knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions you may have. The booking process was smooth and stress free. The whole experience was enjoyable. The staff had time for us and didn't make us feel that we were wasting their time (which did happen the last time I went in to ask a question - different member of staff last time and she seemed bored with me). They took their time booking our cruise and ensuring all discounts were applied, ringing ahead for more information and support in getting everything right. Jessica gave us time to think through options and was very knowledgeable about destination ports, timings, and local attractions. Her colleague was also helpful, listened well, and supported us and Jessica throughout the visit. excellent help and guidance, very reassuring.

We were greeted promptly upon arrival. The lady concerned was helpful and chatty without being too lively. Other staff were also involved in some discussions, and the whole process felt more like a chat rather than a booking/ transaction.
