Staff knew exactly what I needed and came back very quickly with suggestions. Not phased when changed the dates and the standard of hotel. Found us exactly what we wanted and the next day ensured we got the trip.

Great service
I sent an e-mail to the Miles Morgan in Devizes for the attention of Suzanne, I received a telephone call within an hour. Everything I wanted was discussed and priced up and put on hold so I could double check dates. My booking was not straight forward but Suzanne went out of her way to help, booking special assistance at all the airports booking my seats on all the flights and making sure my luggage allowances were allowed on all flights, I was over the moon with the service I received.

Expert service delivered in a friendly manner
Mollie understood our detailed requirements and quickly reflected them in the personalised cruise ‘package’ she produced for us. She (and her two colleagues) answered my picky questions expertly and with humour. We were very happy with the smooth booking process and will use our local Miles Morgan (and Mollie) again……..soon.
