I was impressed with Amanda’s knowledge of cruising snd her several suggestions
She went to a great deal of effort to find the trip that suited me and because of my age has made the trip as easy as possible
I thoroughly recommend her to friends and would not go anywhere else

I have booked ten holidays with MM
(2 cruises & 8 coach trips) and in every instance their service has been excellent
God willing , l will book many more

Someone was very helpful and friendly. Found a lovely holiday and booked seats on plane and have private transfers to and from the airport. Extremely helpful with the booking process and other staff in the store were also friendly

Simeon was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about our holiday destination and itinerary. He gave us lots of advice and recommendations based on his own experience and that of other customers of his which helped us choose an amazing holiday for 2027.

Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process from choosing to booking our holiday cheerfully and efficiently.

We met with Simeon with outlines for three potential holidays. These would be our first holidays abroad together since 2023 following a serious cancer illness.
We have booked them all. Two were tours and Simeon took us through all the necessary areas, visas, money, health needs, etc., which were really helpful.
The third holiday was a two centre based trip but accommodation only. Simeon discussed various options with us and turning it into a bespoke trip for us. We have settled for a pre paid programme for while we are away, but with potential rest days included.
Simeon was excellent with his time and advise.

We just popped in to enquire about a price of a cruise we were thinking of booking in the near future but ended up booking it there and then. Even though we hadn’t pre booked an appointment Simeon took the time to find us a good price on the cruise we were looking for, taking the hard work out of hands.
All the staff are always attentive and friendly. It’s good to use a local business.
