Always a pleasure booking with Miles Morgan, nothing is to much trouble and always happy to answer any questions you have . The girls in Chippenham branch are all lovely .

The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble

All the staff at MMT in Chippenham are amazing. Yesterday we booked with Jade & she is so helpful & professional. It’s always a great experience when we book with the team there, we wouldn’t book with anyone else.

Leah made the process easy as all ways does
she is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

The staff at Chippenham over the last 3 years have been wonderful dealt in the main with Natalie, Jade(s), Ellie and Leah. All professional, approachable and made to feel welcome each visit

The travel advisors know us. They listen to our requests and aim to find what we’re after. They are also knowledgeable about the travel industry and can advise on locations, flights and companies. MMT also have a great range of holidays to pick from and is a place to discuss face to face.

For several years now we’ve trusted the Chippenham branch of Miles Morgan to book our family holidays. Not only does booking through them give us reassurance that any issues (big or small) that arise can be managed on our behalf, but they’re also able to at least match prices that I see online, in fact they usually beat them. But special recognition has to go to Natalie Catmore who is simply outstanding in the personable service that she provides on every booking we make. She ensures that every aspect of our holidays is considered and dealt with by her on our behalf. Meaning that our stress levels are reduced and we can truly enjoy our holiday. Natalie has just been promoted and will soon move to the Bath branch as Assistant Manager - a move that’s thoroughly deserved from our perspective.

Everyone in branch has been very helpful at all stages of the booking process and Natalie went beyond our expectations being so very attentive to our needs. We are looking forward to collecting our documents soon and popping back into branch to see them again - a great start to our holiday!

Booking my holiday travel , currency and accommodation is always an enjoyable experience.
The entire team are truly interested in my plans for this year's excursion, as I'm going at a different time to previous years, but to the same destination.
They have planned my bookings for the past 5 years and are aware of my situation. The first 2 years was with my partner and now solo, following her death. So they are very sensitive to my needs.
Only last month I undertook a flight only trip to Canada. Whilst I was there I lost my flight itinerary. I sent an email to the team ( on a Sunday) and I received a copy immediately on the Monday. I was very relieved. Excellent service- THANK YOU.

Miles Morgan Chippenham arranged our last Cruise Holiday gave us a lot of sound advice. They also arranged the flights tickets etc. to meet the ship also excursions whilst away. Miles Morgan (Chippenham) had said if we were to book again whilst on our cruise they could still handle our arrangements, when we returned. We did book another cruise and yes they had e mailed to say they had received the details and will deal with all our requirements. I am more than confident they will do as good a job as they have done for us in the past. Thank you MMT.
