We went into Miles Morgan looking for a last minute holiday. Mandy Phillips took note of all that we wanted and found a river cruise that we are both happy with.

Amy greeted us warmly and dealt with our enquiry professionally, understanding our requirements and expertly navigated the computer programming omissions. We were offered tea or coffee whilst the issue with the computer was sorted out.
