My experience with Mikes Dive Store has been superb! After my initial order placement the customer support team has been in contact with me providing updates on product inventory and shipping status. At my request after my initial order placement, Nish made and order change for me which I truly appreciate! Overall outstanding customer service!!

Yaz was helpful throughout, and we got a combination that works well for me.
Mike's is, I think, my favourite place in London (well, certainly my favourite dive shop :-) ).

I made a trip to the store on Tuesday 31st Oct and bought all dive equipment in preparation for my IDC. I specifically told the staff that I was flying out 10 days after my visit and so time was of the essence. Despite planning to take all equipment away with me I was convinced to let them ship it as it was guaranteed to arrive by the weekend. The following day, I checked my receipt and the wetsuit I'd chosen was missed off the order. I had to chase them for two days before it was resolved and although the wetsuit was sent with next day delivery it arrived in poor condition with deep creases in the neoprene and needing to be returned. Additionally, the original order did not arrive in the time frame promised (shipped on Wednesday, Royal Mail 48hr service). Half of it arrived on Monday 6th November and the rest on Tuesday 7th. I have now had to book a later flight costing me an additional £400 and won't have time to get comfortable diving with the new equipment before my course starts. After explaining all of this to Jenna (handles customer service) and despite me spending just shy of £2600 with Mikes Dive Store, she deferred all responsibility for the plethora of mistakes to the courier for delays & their suppliers for the wetsuits condition and said the best they could do to compensate me for the stream of inconveniences was with a laughable £20 voucher. An overall stressful and disappointing experience.

I wasn’t sure I had ordered the right size full face snorkel mask so drove to Mikes for some advice. Young lad that helped us was welcoming, friendly and funny. Had a few laughs whilst trying on the masks and checking I could breathe etc etc. great service, once found great location with lots of parking. Thank you to whoever the young man was that served us - here’s to hoping I don’t get eaten by a shark 🤣🤣🤞🏻

I visited here on Saturday to look at different masks as I was unsure if mine was a good fit. A young assistant who was about to do his drysuit training the following day helped me and was excellent and advised me on different masks and BCDs. I landed up sticking with the mask I have for now but then tried on a few others with the aid of another assistant who was an experienced diver and also excellent and took me through options for prescription lenses. I am going to be investing in Amy own diving gear and will definitely come back here to buy it. I am a novice to diving ( still have to do the open water part officially - done a few abroad!) and it was great talk to knowledgeable staff about diving.

Team went above and beyond to sort me a replacement battery when I discovered mine had run out the week before a trip.
Staff were super friendly - responded to messages really quickly and had it done in literally 3 days. Saved my dive holiday - superstars!

Visited Mikes (an hour drive) to check out some equipment as we were planning on buying later in the year. Started having a chat to Yazzan and almost bought the shop :D Never felt rushed, he was happy to get things, unpack them and show us how they worked or why they were a good choice. Great advice as well coming from someone who clearly knows the equipment they are selling. Would heartly recommend Mikes and the team, they have all been great.
We ended up buying new BC's and Regulators for an upcoming trip and will be buying more in the coming months.

Such a brilliant shop. Super helpful staff, very patient and knowledgeable. Not trying to sell the most expensive just what fits your needs best. They searched for a new strap to try and fix my 30 year old mask - sadly they couldn’t find one but I now have a very nice new snorkel and mask.

Needed a new strap for my D6. Old one was stuck on. They never had the stock but committed to getting one in and more importantly kept me informed by phone. Made appt at 1000 and they dealt with me promptly and removed the old stuck on one and fitted the new one all whilst I waited. I appreciate this was not a difficult query to handle, but is how they handled it that was most impressive. Also, the first time I spoke with them was Wednesday and I needed it for Friday. Every member of staff that I spoke with both on the phone and in the ahi we’re polite, helpful and friendly

Visited with wife to get her some fins and prescription mask. She bought these and I ended up buying her some regs and a BCD.
Kat was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my wife being a newbie.

Really easy to use the site when ordering, currently awaiting my new mask etc. but in reading through the reviews I thought I’d give them a go 👍

At the end of the day what matters is the number of happy customers - I am happy and grateful to Jenna!

I contacted Mikes dive store online as required more in depth information regarding types and sizing of their 3mm wetsuit range, 1st thing the following morning I got a response from Joanna, her knowledge regarding types of suits and sizing was a breath of fresh air, at last somebody that is quick to respond, knowledgeable and cannot do enough to help!
Over the following week or so I contacted her again with more questions and every time was a fast response, in the end she placed a few suits in the store for me to try at the weekend and as we were travelling 2 hrs to get to the store I was praying this had happened, we walked in to be greeted with another male member of staff who also had the time for us, Well done Joanna and all the staff at Mike's dive store we will definitely be shopping with you again!!

I was so well looked after by Jenna as I got my daughter's kit sorted for her stint on a marine conservation programme. A change in fins was dealt with swiftly and sound advice given for all the other bits of equipment. Would highly recommend.

It was time to upgrade my old Aladdin Pro, so I stopped in at Mike’s, and was shown all the Suuntos and the Shearwater, no pushyness or upsell, just an explanation of the features on each one. Bought the Shearwater which was definitely the best choice for me.

Also bought some Fourth Element thermal wear for a friend that I was taking to India, cheaper than direct, and with the option to try on in store, the return was hassle-free, when it didn’t suit my friend.
