I delt with Dave Clemens on getting my first home loan. After previously being disappointed working with two other mortgage brokers though other firms Dave was head and shoulders better to work with. He helped me out emencly with work with me to buy my first home in this tricky property market on a single budget.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review of Dave Clemens on behalf of my family. We we would highly recommend Dave to anyone who is considering buying home now even when the banks are limiting their approvals and criteria.

Dave Clemen's knowledge and expertise of the housing market, insurance, banking and legal requirements is vast. He also has great empathy and compassion for people. This was demonstrated in his commitmment to assist my family to purchase a home towards the end of 2021. He was very patient and assisted us every step of the way. Also he always was accessible. Trust me, he made a miracle happen.

The highlight is my elderly Mum's dream came true as she wanted to move to a warmer house. At 77 she's in our new home now and turns 78 next month. The house is warm, is in a quiet area with a garden where she can potter in and relax. She loves it and even our pets love it! Actually we all love it. It's a beautiful home, it's noise and stress free.

Prior, we lived in our home on a main road. Although we loved our old home, Mum wanted to move because it was very cold during the winter for her with noisy cars and people walking pass all hours of the day especially wee hours of the morning.

Words cannot express our deep appreciation and thanks to Dave. We owe so much to him. He definitely is a hidden gem at Mike Pero and knows his stuff. He went over and above and motivated us to keep to the goal of buying a home. We highly recommend Dave to you now and please don't leave it too late! Like I said, Dave makes miracles happen.
