Competitive prices, great product selections, and the customer service was amazing.

I’m extremely disappointed with the glasses I received. They arrived scratched, which is completely unacceptable for a brand-new item. I trusted this site for quality, but it’s clear that proper care wasn’t taken before shipping. It’s unprofessional and frustrating to spend money on something that arrives in such poor condition. I expected much better. This experience has made me hesitant to order from this site again.

The price was great, but the shipping took much longer than expected. Miinto.com states a delivery time of 4-6 days, but I received my package 10 days after placing the order

I purchased an item and it wasn’t as represented on the website. They sent me the return label for DHL. The item has been stuck in customs for one week. They need a TAX ID number in order to return this item to the vendor. They have not been able to do this. I would never purchase anything from this site again. Their customer service is terrible!

Very good site to purchase designers clothing and shoes. Prices are very attractive and shipping service from Europe to USA 2-3 days.
I also had to return one of the items and return process for re way to flow

Miinto in the worst! Their customer service is non-existent, they don't respond for days. Important to remember that they own no merchandise and often cancel orders at well. What a waste of time!

Update: Matilda - now you ask for an update, more details? READ YOUR EMAIL! Your team has two emails that you still unanswered and you still have my MONEY. MIINTO IS THE WORST! I REPEAT!

Was surprised how quickly the shoes arrived. They arrived in mint condition and really are what I was looking for. It was about 25% cheaper here than any other vendor I could find online. Definitely a happy customer.

It was very easy to shop and return. Quality of the product was very good but it was just size which was loose to me. Does not work for me.
