Terrible company

Terrible company, do not provide status of the order, order with two weeks and no answers. Really bad service

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, they shipped me the wrong product. I will never order from them again. If you’re into dealing with wire fraud then by all means order from this vendor. I had to report it to the authorities

Missing item from order

Ordered on November 26th and received package on December 2nd. An item was missing from the package so I reached out. Customer service agent was friendly. Eventually I received an email on December 4th that “Our partner boutique responded, that the second scarf should be delivered to you tomorrow, however I am still waiting for the tracking link.” Have not received any links or updates regarding the missing item. Quite frustrating as I needed this item by a certain date as it was a gift.

Overall a good experience after having purchased a few times now

Have bought a few things from Miinto now and so far have had a great experience. I think their UI/UX could use some work but the products and prices are very good and shipping experience is also mostly seamless. Products that I’ve ordered so far have all been legit so overall I can recommend them. Support has been good too but I hope to not have to reach out to support because of such small issues such as promo codes not working. That is to say that the customer care folks have been great but the system design needs to fix these bugs so as to reduce friction.
