I requested a photoshoot service for some products from this company. I was asked to fill out a contract where I had to give a 50% deposit, that is $375 for 20 photos. We signed the contract, shipped the products, and set the date for the shoot. Unfortunately, before the date, some of the products were delayed while others had not yet arrived. We informed Michelle to postpone the shoot because some products had not yet been delivered and she told us that if they did not arrive, she would not do the shoot anymore and we would have to repay the 50% deposit because we wasted her time. After protesting, we reached a solution that she would take more photos if we repaid the deposit and that she would also add photos of models wearing our products. After taking the photos and sending them, we reviewed them and immediately saw that they were completely different from what we requested. Nothing met our demands, especially having paid such a high ticket price that she made us pay, and the photos of the models were not there. We asked her to redo them because the quality was very low and she sent them back modified and once again completely different from our request, and the photos with the models were not there. We requested an explanation, asking her to make them as requested and that we also wanted those with the models. She refused to send them to us and said she would not refund us. We paid $1125 for horrible photos that anyone could have taken. She did not even issue an invoice. This person is a scammer!! Stay away.
