Very unprofessional, They lie. They say they are not a stereo typical estate agent, but what they really mean is that they practice the very worst attributes of the worst estate agent by lying. Truly awful company. From experience, please do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Having previously dealt with Michaels (at their Halstead branch) for a property purchase, I had no hesitation in instructing Michaels (of Halstead) when I had a property to sell.

They don't have a Sudbury branch yet, but this proved to be no barrier in this day and age of emails and telephones. Their professionalism was excellent from start to finish.

I found this estate agent to be very helpful dealing with a long winded move
due to a solicitor who was not helpful,
more to the point hard to get in touch with and slow to move things forward.

Cannot recommend enough

From start to finish Nicky was fantastic. There were some difficult moments, through my buyers solicitor. Nicky went above and beyond to resolve every problem. Nothing stopped her from pushing it forward before the stamp duty rise. She was incredibly supportive and professional as well as understanding throughout the process. I wouldn't use
anyone else if I were to sell/buy again. Nicky is an asset to Michael's estate agents. I cannot recommend Nicky enough.
