Was anticipating difficulties when helping my mum rent her flat out but Sam from Michael’s did a great job, getting back straight away, getting everything in place incredibly quickly and then finding three potential tenants within a couple of days of it being advertised.

Michaels Property in Colchester have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I viewed a property back in July, fell in love with it straight away and put an offer in. Emma talked me through everything and helped sort my mortgage and all of my insurances, she was fantastic. Through the process there were a few bumps along the way but Nikki was there to support me the whole time. Every time there was problem she was at the end of the phone or email to help me and chase for answers, whilst being absolutely lovely too, I could not of done it without her. The evening before we had received the letter to vacate our house after 10 years of living there we were shocked to say the least
We were met by Kyle and Samuel who actually listened to us, listening is one of the greatest skills someone can have !
I was very upset but reassured that they would help and wow did they !

We used Michael's to sell our house and can only praise the Team Highly as they sought to support us through the whole process which took nearly 8 months from sale to completion, it was a roller coaster from start to finish as the result of others in the chain but fair play to the whole Team Gemma, Joely and Patrick who kept us informed and updated on events from start to finish!
