order a PE kit, phoned 48 times before I got an answer.
tried to cancel the order as it was showing as still in process due to child being offered alternative school.
didnt have the guts to phone me back was a keyboard warrior and has tried to claim order is with me!!!!

Gear was excellent quality and the team were great to deal with. Very helpful. Kids' Half Zip tops look great as do adult hoodies. The adult rain coats are great too- nice and long with good hood.

The quality of these garments are…poor
The quality of these garments are awful, for the price you would be expecting O’Neill’s quality. Unfortunately our school is continuing to use this pe uniform, trouser zips break almost straight away, garments all bobbling after a few washes.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Don’t offer refunds and exchanges. Purchased two pairs of skinnies as part of school PE uniform and couldn’t exchange for different size as they were ‘custom’ made. Ridiculous. And was told that they could send me the refund policy to read just encase I was unable to grasp the reason why I couldn’t exchange.

It takes too long from the order date to delivery date !
I was supposed to receive my son's jacket two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived by 2nd Feb ! This jacket was ordered on the 3rd December.
I had to follow up on it myself, no email arrived to say it would be delayed.
