I contacted MFC regarding a minor issue with my child’s half-zip. They replied promptly and very kindly offered to resolve the issue immediately. Very polite and friendly communication.

Amazing customer service!!
I ordered trousers for my son but ordered the wrong size and they were too small. After getting in touch with MFC, Eoin gave me a call and arranged for a bigger size to be sent out. Really went above and beyond. Will definitely continue to order from MFC.
