I'm sorry you have not received you order. I can see from the tracking than an attempt to deliver was made on 10 January, the day after you placed your order, and no one was home.
Royal Mail has contacted you on the contact details you provided us, in order to request you to arrange a redelivery, but it appears you have not yet done so. We will contact you directly when we open tomorrow to see if we can assist further in helping you to rearrange your delivery. In future please contact us directly if you have not received your order within 1 or 2 days, that way we can assist in resolving these issue a lot quicker.

The tortillas arrived on time and tasty as always. Sadly it said I was getting an extra sweet and it wasn’t in the box but it’s alright I guess. The main product arrived and it was great.
