Hi Matthew,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and I am sorry you haven't yet received your order. Your package was shipped with Royal Mail on the 1st July, the morning after you placed the order. It should have been with you on the 2nd, you would have received a tracking number from us and Royal Mail.
Looking at the tracking there does not appear to have been an update since the collection from our warehouse and so we will investigate with Royal Mail and send a new package in the meantime.
This is the first we heard of the issue with your package, we always request that you contact us as soon as notice any issue with the tracking or experience any delays in receiving the order. That way we can investigate with out delay and get a new package sent as soon as possible if that is what is required. As you can see from the other reviews, we look to resolve issues of this kind very quickly when they arise.
We will also contact you directly to advise of the new tracking number and when you can expect the package.

Great products, excessive packaging.
Products and delivery time were great, however the products were send with excessive, unnecessary packaging, even though its recyclable, it took me a while to unwrap the products. I think companies should consider greener approaches, I order delivery instead of going to the shop due to a busy schedule, but I also want to reduce environmental impact so I guess is a no purchasing until I can physically come to the shop.
