Dyno-Rod Technician Simon called today to fix a problem with overflowing Water from a holding Tank on to a Flat Roof. Access to the Ball Valve was difficult due to the location of the Tank sited above Eye level behind Plasterboard. Simon displayed his Plumbing expertise in an efficient manner explaining his actions step by step, to me the 'uninitiated' customer. Personally, I admired his work ethic and friendly manner. He is a great Ambassador and a credit to your Company. I trust that he will get the recognition and personal accolade he deserves. Colin White

Jake S did a great job
Jake S came back this morning to replace a leaking pipe under our bathroom sink. He had to remove the sink and bathroom cabinet under the sink to get assess to the pipe. He has done a great job and returned everything back to how it was. Jake is a very helpful engineer. Many Thanks

Broken pipe fixed
A pipe broke in our kitchen and we had mains pressure water spewing into the room. Jack F came out and was brilliant. He arrived quickly on a bank holiday evening, and calmly set to work fixing the pipe. We were delighted with how friendly and professional he was, and most all, very relieved that he was able to fix the pipe there and then.

New Tap Spout Fitted Perfectly
Craig Barker fitted a new spout to my kitchen tap. Not a big job, but he let me know what time he'd be at my address, and was friendly and efficient and got the job completed in no time at all.

Plug Issues
I recently had Craig Barker come in to correct some subpar plumbing work that had been done previously, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was quick to respond, identified the issues straight away, and carried out the repairs efficiently and to a very high standard.
Craig was clean, tidy, and professional throughout the whole job, making sure everything was left spotless once the work was completed. It was clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job properly.
I would highly recommend Craig Barker to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber, especially if you need someone to put right work that hasn’t been done correctly the first time.

Mike Lawson was exceptional today when he carried out the work this morning. Firstl looking at the job seemed easy, but came across a number of problems which he tackled with true professionalism. A 60 minute job turned into just under 2 hrs. Would recomend Metserve Dyno to everyone.
