Highly professional top rate products
First rate and highly professional, I had an issue with one of my pictures not uploading properly and within a couple of hours of submitting I had a call to rectify. Friendly team and will be definitely buying from them again as their products are of very high quality

We are disappointed this has happened,
it would of been nice if you would of reached out to us, to rectify this problem.
1 you said this arrived damaged, (we insure all our products, were amazed you never told us).
2 you said this discoloured ( this was your personal image we only printed what you sent).
3 wont stay on the wall, we asked for photos to rectify this issue, none provided.
from time to time we accept things go wrong we accept this, but it is our job to make sure when they do go wrong, it is our job to put them right

The choice of pictures was a bit limited but I did order rather close to Christmas day so I guess choice is greater at different times of the year. The picture I bought is excellent, for my son who loves it. The service was really good - arrived within a couple of days and quicker than I thought.Great product and great service! Thank you.

Prompt delivery. Not sure if I am totally happy with the picture quality. Seem very yellow hue and not very crisp. Ordered 2 and one has a fault like a small hair on the picture. Husband and daughter say they are o.k so not sent back. More like a painting than a photograph. I have ordered same type of product from a US company so pleased this is uK but product and packaging not as good. Expensive at £25 each for what they are. A bit disappointed
