It's easy to give a positive review when everything goes right. In this case, I'm giving Metal Place Pictures the highest review I can because of how they reacted when things went wrong. They reacted quickly, were completely honest and resolved the problem as smoothly as possible. In my opinion, Metal Plate Pictures deserve 5 stars because of the way they handle things when others let you down. Well done to your staff and particularly Terry who was a star in his own right.

I ordered a custom print metal picture from Metal Plate Pictures. Terry provided excellent customer service as I had made a mistake on the order but he sorted it out promptly and kept me updated with the order progress. The picture arrived quickly, was well packaged and came with a good magnetic mount. The quality of the picture was excellent, made for a very happy recipient.

I love metal posters but I wanted a personalised one that wasn’t ridiculously expensive, luckily I found this website and they don’t charge me stupid amounts for shipping.

I have bought and will buy from them again! I already have photos ready for my next batch :D

Really good quality poster print. This is a sturdy metal poster and the mounting magnets that came with it are more than adequate to do the job.

The colour saturation was much better than I expected.

Communication was also great. I had a phone call just to confirm my order and image, which was great and reassuring.

Image better than pictured, instructions clear, well-packaged and delivered sooner than predicted. Likely to order again. Can I order direct from your company instead of via Amazon?

The metal posters are of good quality for the price. Delivery was fast and I was updated about the status of my order every step of the way. That's not to say this is perfect. Of the two posters I ordered, one of them appears to have its print slightly off centre, it's by a very small amount but it is noticeable if you look hard enough. Also the two posters I received have rounded corners, which is fine, but the websites images show square corners and personally I would have preferred square corners. Overall, I'm quite happy with what I've received and will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I will split the review in two parts: service and delivery.

The service provided by the seller was amazing, the product itself lived up to the expectations and they even offered to create a new poster and send it after the previous one was damaged by the courier. The customer support was also great, they've been in contact with me along the way, they talked with the courier multiple times and periodically checked on the status, to make sure we get the product.

Now, the reason why I'm splittin the review in two is because the delivery was terrible. I will keep the rating to 5 stars because it was not the seller's fault. The courier (UPS) had the product stuck somewhere for weeks without giving much information and when they finally talked to the seller about it and got some additional documents, they sent it back to them (and damaged). I heard this doesn't happen on a regular basis and usually it gets shipped fast, but I was really dissappointed about it, especially since this was a gift.

Even though we had a bad experience with the courier, I would still recommend and order again from this place.
