First time purchase for our fussy little eater diva. Tried so many in the past and just turned out to be a waste of money.
Decided to give it another go, and to be fair chose it because of the name. My Husband loves the song Ferry across the Mersey!
I am so chuffed he did! Our fussy little diva has suprised us and demolishes the food. There is now no turning back for us. Within a week we have noticed a difference and she just seems much more bouncier. We add a pro-biotic as is recommended. So happy we found Mersey Raw. The service and delivery absolutely excellent. Go on, give your furbabe a treat, they or you will not be dissapointed.

At long last , we’ve found the perfect food for our 2 malshis , almost 2 years of trials , tried raw before and nope , they were not having it , but Mersey Raw dog food definitely looked more that other raw foods , definitely glad we stumbled across this product, only thing I have to do is put a gentle heat through their raw now , they love it . We have been using Mersey raw for the last 4 months, 2 months from a Northampton raw dog food outlet and now online direct. Our American silver labrador Nellie absolutely loves it. She is 2.5 years old and has been on raw since a puppy. We have tried lots of different brands including top sellers like Bella and Duke. We found that Mersey raw is the most meaty quality looking raw dog food, not sloppy and watery like others. I can definitely recommend it and and your dog will love it.

Very impressed with the packaging and freeze blocks which had kept the food in a very good frozen condition.
My dog has been fed raw for some time and this company has more variety than the previous one.

My frenchie was getting bored of her normal raw, came across mersey raw on Facebook, there selection is brilliant. There have different varieties, each one has been a hit and have a empty bowl each time. The packaging is also a huge hit.

What a great company. The product is far superior to other pet foods we have tried. I have an extremely fussy labradoodle who turns her nose up at most things. Not this. She loves it. The quality is amazing, packaging impressive and the support is brilliant. We are at the beginning of our raw food journey but I know this is going to go well. Well done guys!

My Goldie / GSD cross absolutely loves Mersey Raw food as there are so many varieties and she loses attention quickly (not just with food, to be fair). Cleans the bowl every single time (except the oily fish one which she's not as keen on for some reason. It is a bit smelly, mind!). Website is easy to use, there are often special offers and discount codes, delivery is highly efficient via DPD and I know what and when to expect it every time. She was eating Nutriment before but it never looked or smelled as appetising and it was slightly more expensive too. We will sign up to regular deliveries provided she still likes it after the month's supply which has just arrived. I'm pretty sure she will.

I changed from another excellent raw brand to Mersey Raw because of cost. I’m a pensioner with a big GSD to feed and believe in raw as I’ve fed my previous dogs raw for over twenty years now and the results are very very good. Anyway I was Googling and came across Mersey Raw, it took me several months before I changed but I’m glad I did, my bill now is cheaper and my dog still looks in great health. I won’t be changing again as both my dog and myself are very happy with Mersey Raw. She loves her food. Proof that raw works is the lack of vet visits. The variety of meals is excellent but all are delicious according to my girl. Also any questions I have have been answered straight away comprehensively and informatively. Delivery is next day and the boxes are fully insulated so the food arrive solidly frozen. I highly recommend Mersey Raw.

Just put in a second order. I placed my first order as wanted to give my dog some variety in brands but what I also like is the 500g tubs are compact and therefore don't take up as much space in my freezer. So far my dog is enjoying it. Delivery is fast too so whats not to like!! Fingers x the excellent service and products continue.

I have tried multiple raw foods for my daschunds which they seemed to like at first but then would sniff and walk away the next day, I found Mersey raw online and decided to give them a try, I ordered a box with a selection of flavours to try and they loved them all apart from the exotic which they ate but didnt get excited about! The quality of the food is brilliant it looks like something we could eat, the containers are great they do not crack and brake when you open them and the lids fit back on perfectly keeping the food fresher for longer and not sloppy and bloody a day later. My dogs are really picky and thanks to the great bundle boxes I have been able to try them and order the flavours they loved the second time round. The free treats are a really nice touch and it's good to help a small business who are focused on the dogs needs and not cutting corners to make more money. The delivery is also super fast.

My dog is super picky (I mean SUPER SUPER picky) he goes between raw, cooked and anything else he's willing and in the mood to eat. I used to use a local raw food company, but their food is wrapped in like a plastic bag, so when you open it you have to use it all at once or use a other plastic bag to store it in, which sometimes leaks, with Mersey raw, their food comes in lovely plastic tubs that DONT leak, so if your dog only eats small portions, you can just put the lid back on - perfect! This is a contributing factor to my return business (please don't change this!) Am really happy so far with the food and quality, and sometimes my dog won't eat it, sometimes he will (no reflection on the food though) so yes, very pleased and shipping is quick!

I have recently changed to Mersey raw and have been very pleased with the service provided. My dog has enjoyed the variety of flavours available and always has a clean bowl. I would happily recommend these products to any dog owners wanting to feed raw.

I find their website and ordering process very user friendly and love the next day delivery! Although not the cheapest, their quality, choice, packaging and customer service is well worth the price! My dog is finally happy with her food after trying many different brands and that is good enough for me:)

The meat is good quality, service is excellent…..I have a very funny eater but Mia seems to enjoy most of the selection
At least you can adjust your order if your dog suddenly goes off a flavour, Mia used to love the exotic but I’m not sure if you have altered the recipe but she does not seem quite as keen on this

Trying a new supplier and very disappointed by the large amount of bone. This brand constipated my 30kg dogs who never usually have issues.
