This is my first time using Merlin Miniatures to sell some items, and I found the whole experience very streamlined and positive.

Sam, from Customer Service, was very responsive in our email conversation, and I feel I was offered a fair price for my items from the first offer. Furthermore, Sam honoured the (now outdated) "20% extra" policy if the offer is taken as store credit because I queried the 10% extra he originally offered. This was very gracious on his part, and it was appreciated.

Overall, I am very happy with the whole interaction and I will be using Merlin Miniatures again to sell my stuff!

Dealt with a guy called Sam, from the first email clearly both a human being and scene fan. Everything was nicely prompt, example sent my photos via email and had a quote back within the hour. The quote was the same as 2 other similar buyers l spoke to offered, but what Sam did opposite was estimated and added postage to the offer instead, winner. From start to finish, 5 days to get quote, ship 48 tracked to money in bank via transfer.

Very professional, knowlegable service; communication maintained throughout. Cannot find fault, so dont change MMs, keep it up.

Sold my collection of mixed complete and incomplete minis with Merlins, and they were both very quick to respond to the enquiry and very fair with their prices! Wonderful to know my old army is in good hands.

Fantastic offer for my old minis. The staff was always easily within reach and we had excellent and quick communication.

Found an old box of warhammer in the attic. Took some photos and uploaded them to Merlinsminitures. Received a quote next day. Shipped them off and the money was in my bank account as soon as they received them. Simple, easy to deal with all went to plan.

Just disposed of an inherited collection to Merlin Miniatures. Couldn’t have been easier - sent them some, photos, got a decent offer, dropped the figures off and they transferred the money there and then. Bit tempting to spend money in their new outlet.
