I am so thrilled with this company especially Sam !
I was on the search for a particular item that was only available through certain FLGS and every store I contacted did not have it, Sam emailed back quickly to say that they had them and personally made sure that it would arrive with my item which may I add came the next day not even 24hrs after speaking to Sam it was in my hands. Excellent customer service could not fault it.

MerlinsMiniatures has been a source of repeat purchases for me. The Gentleman that runs it is exactly that, a gentleman. I ordered a large box set yesterday, it arrived this morning. Ive done many good deals through his ebay store, and find the website a very useful place.

Love this company
Love this company. They are efficient and very honest: when they made the small error of believing something was in stock when it wasn’t, they gave me every possible option to make up for this and even threw in a free paint - fully recommend.
