I have been with Catalli (Mercury) for…over 35 years
I have been with Catalli (Mercury) for over 35 years, Home, Auto and Umbrella. I have consistently had excellent support and response from the staff at Catalli.
It started as Catalli and Sons and still has family with the business but all the staff are very responsive. Occasionally I price compare and continue with this agent and this insurance.

If you want a horrible car insurance…
If you want a horrible car insurance experience, this is the place. Dealing with these people has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Poor communication, frustrating customer service, and nothing but headaches. I almost never leave negative reviews, so the fact that I’m taking the time to write this should tell you everything you need to know. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Mercury is AWFUL
Mercury is AWFUL. I spent over FOUR hours on the phone. The agents are D- to F+ would be surprised if they graduated highschool. The system is from 1990! Policies are outdated and just STUPID. I havent started and already hate Mercury.
