I have had a great experience with Mercury insurance reps from the very first conversation to gain a quote. I’ve been in a very seriously stressful situation and was treated with utter respect, dignity, professionalism and kindness. Thank you to the two reps I have worked with. I’m now a mercury auto insurance client.

Not at fault and only getting partial refund on deductible
Very enraged that out of the $500 out of pocket deductible to get my car fixed, I am only getting half of it. All because the other party insurance didn’t accept responsibility and Mercury did not do their job to investigate properly, we both made a right turn except he made it through the middle lane which is not a turn lane!! No consequences for his actions and his van was just fine, didn’t need to pay a penny. Disappointed that after almost 30 years of insurance with Mercury dealing with this stressful situation, representatives are very insensitive and invalidating of my anger, had to pay my hard earned money for something that was not my fault.

Some good, some bad
I was trying to do a quote online, and had a couple questions, so I called, but their computer system was down, so they couldn't access my quote. I had to call back the next day. That call went well and tge price was reasonable. However, today I received an email saying that I have to do a property inspection, which I wasn't given a heads up about.

Good staff. Everyone is have talked to has been helpful and nice. The home inspection was easy and comfortable. So far, no complaints of anything.
