Fantastic family business
Me and my family have been visiting here for a number of years now. We return time after time for several reasons. The service is exemplary. Karim and his wife are extremely personable, and every visit feels like you are seeing an old friend rather than a business. The exclusive and quality range means that you'll always find something to suit, and you're always be made to feel at home. I would 100% recommend paying them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

We can’t recommend Merchants enough!
We initially came to have a ring re-modelled, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The service and attention to detail were outstanding. Our experience with Merchants was made even more special when my husband worked with Karim and Tanita to design a beautifully unique ring for me - it's a piece I will treasure forever.
Since then, we have returned to purchase gifts for loved ones. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly care about creating meaningful pieces. Merchants have become our go to, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
