Very personalised and great customer service. Karim knows exactly what to do when it comes to all types of jewellery. He helped with getting a sentimental watch’s bezel repaired and a polish, as well as advising on ring settings for a stone I have. I left with 100% confidence and trust in his service.

Great shop , very helpful

Took my 30 year old engagement ring to be fixed. It had lost a diamond. This was replaced, other claws strengthened due to wear, and it was rhodium plated again. Very pleased with it, it looks like new. Thank you.

Great jewellers, very friendly, knowledgable and helpful with no unwanted sales pressure. Discount for returning customers is also most welcome.

Earrings arrived very quick at a reasonable price. Was kept informed of dispatch and arrival date which was good. Only one negative is that earrings were just loosely lying in the pouch they came with, it would have been better if they were attached to a cardboard holder and then put into the pouch as they were intended for a gift.

Karim and the Merchant Jewellers team has been amazing from when we first met him a few years ago.

We started our journey designing my engagement ring which was completely bespoke. Karim guided us through the process with ease and brilliant communication, and I love my ring!

Since, we've purchased our wedding rings from there, watches, other jewellery and my family have even purchased from there now.

We've just picked up my engagement ring from being replated and cleaned ahead of our wedding in 2 weeks time and it's as beautiful as ever! The care and attention the team take are second to none.
