It lacks nothing in features except online check ordering which is trivial compared to the fact it offers for you to take credit and debit payments directly into your account for the same fees clover and square charge. My son just sold his car and transferred the money to the bank card Chase. Then when he tried transferring the money he had to ring Chase and they said £800 is a big amount where did he get it from blah blah blah With a little bit time on the phone. He still had no luck then he went on his online and had a look at £800 in the bank. Took his shock This 500 missing please. Please listen get away from this bank it needs closing down. Please do not use Chase. Please chase it away. I want to swear I want to scream chase is nothing but scammers please be aware

Pending dispute has taken over 25 days and no resolution. This would never happen with other conventional retail banks.
I am absolutely disgusted with with their customer service not know when payment is reversed and appears in my bank following day. I hope the FSA GET INVOLVED AND FIX THESE GUYS OR FINE THEM!!

This company does everything well. Would never change to a different service.

since I have the service non 08/2016 everything whit the credit or debit machine has been excellent no complaint about if for some reason I have to talk whit a representant they are so nice, know they work and give me a very good service thanks for have people like them
