We ordered the 3 door 3 drawer sideboard unit, whilst putting together we noticed some pieces were damaged (just whilst screwing in pieces) got hold of customer service through email and had very quick prompt responses and our problem was sorted within an hour and new parts being sent out to us! Fabulous. Customer service from Jayne!!! Will definitely order through this company again should we need too!

I bought a desk to replace an old one, whilst I will admit that the plans for assembly are not the clearest I have ever seen, if you study them carefully then you'll find your way around them. Allow yourself plenty of time for assembly the results are worth it.
I encountered a couple of problems with missing and damaged parts, this was wholly down to the mishandling of the parcel by the courier company. I contacted the seller about this, they could have not been more helpful, within a couple of days I had all the missing and damaged parts replaced, fantastic customer service.
I would definitely recommend Mercers if you are looking for items of furniture.

I've purchased quite a bit of furniture from Mercers and the experience has always been great. I also got in touch when this product was out of stock and was helpfully provided with correct wait times. On this most recent purchase, when we unboxed,part of the sideboard was damaged. I got in touch and Jayne immediately resolved the issue and ordered us a replacement part! Amazing customer service as always!! Excited for the part to arrive to continue the build! Thanks again!

I bought the Coronavirus Butterfly dining set and there were a couple of bolts missing. Emailed Mercers Furniture on the evening of 6th January. Jayne replied the following morning and very helpfully advised they would forward the bolts needed. They arrived today 9th January. What customer service, absolutely fantastic

I recently ordered the Corona extending table & 6 chairs via the B&Q website. Unfortunately whilst assembling the table upside down managed to get one of the table leafs reversed & did not realize until the table was righted.
Duly contacted the Mercers Admin & they very kindly offered to send out a replacement for a small charge. This not only fixed my problem but also demonstrated some Xmas Spirit at what must of been a busy time for the company. 5 Stars to Mercers...

Despite having a bit of a nightmare with the Corona CD Unit as I received 2 right panels instead of a left and a right!! I’m still giving Mercers 5* because their after sales service was brilliant! Spoke to a few different people on the phone and via email and they were all lovely and quickly sent me out a left panel and the unit went together like a dream. I’ve ordered from them before and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Furniture is great value for money but it’s the customer service and how they dealt with my issue that will keep me as a customer in the future. Special thanks to Jayne for being so helpful and quick to respond, thank you Jayne.

The quality of their furniture is excellent and great value.
Their service is excellent- I had lost some instructions and emailed the company for assistance and within a hour the information had been sent to me.

This company is brilliant. We have ordered several items of furniture from them over time. The furniture is excellent value for money. On each occasion the communication regarding delivery is first class but more important is their after sales service. I had a problem with a damaged parts for a bookcase. Within minutes of me emailing their customer service I received a response and the matter was resolved without any fuss. Highly recommended.

Spoke to Jayne from admin, I cannot believe how helpful she was. This company is excellent, any problems and they sort it out straight away, thank you very much.

Just brought a corona 2 drawer coffee table
Absolutely horrendous top badly warped waiting for a new top
Sides don't meet properly so gaps in wood
Put drawers together today drawers don't fit properly just looks cheap and nasty not worth 65 quid for sure very very 😞

Had a problem with table top and replacement has been sent.
Dealt with by Jayne who was first class and got things sorted very quickly with zero fuss.

Great affordable chest of drawers.

Order some furniture and the top part of it was bent. Emailed Mercers about the problem on Monday and a new part will be sent out this week. Absolutely brilliant service and Jayne who dealt with the problem was fantastic

Nasty!
I made the mistake of dealing with these unsavoury, nasty 'people' through Ebay. They charged me extra postage so naturally I thought they must know what they are doing, WRONG! Within less than an hour I received tracking, I thought it strange at that time of night, then next day the tracking said it was in the couriers warehouse for delivery the next week. After part way through the week the tracking had not changed and i had no notifications of any intended delivery date. This lot informed me it was scheduled for Thursday that week. I checked the tracking and there was nothing, nothing at all. I contacted this Mercer lot and they said it was still coming but through another courier. No tracking. Wednesday arrived no notifications. I contacted Mercers and they mentioned yet another courier. No notice, no tracking and on Thursday no furniture. I asked for my money back and they said it was on it's way. No notices, no tracking, nothing. Again I asked for my money back and they said no, they would have to wait until they had their furniture back from the courier. What courier! They marked it on Ebay tracking I had received it before 8.00am on Thursday! I asked for my money back and again they said they would not until they had their furniture back. I did not have it and the fake tracking stopped working days before. I told them I'd report them to Ebay and they said if I did that I would have to wait for Ebay to decide to give me money back. I told them they were breaking the law and they went into parrot mode. I told them I would report them to Trading Standards, I was sick of their lies. They tried to take the moral high ground saying I was calling them names. I was merely stating facts, they are liars and commiting fraud. So I am fighting through Ebay to get my money back even though they have a legal duty to give me my money back, they have their crappy goods and my money! They are nasty crooks! They should not be allowed to carry out business!
