Mercado libre me robo un millon de pesos sin dar ninguna explicacion por el cual inicie acciones legales correspondientes a fin de lograr el cobro de mi dinero mas daño y perjuicio hacia mi persona por retencion indebida de dicho fondos retenidos arbitrariamente

Hice una compra a primero de Noviembre , pagué y nunca llegó, después de indagar, no la tenían en existencia,que hiciera el trámite de devolución y automáticamente me lo devolvían a la tarjeta, a fecha no lo han hecho, la explicación es que me han abierto una cuenta donde tengo ese importe para que lo gaste en otra petición. “Es mi dinero “ así se financian ellos, no piden préstamo al banco les sale más barato retener el dinero de los clientes.
Una buena empresa, se la conoce cuando surge un problema, como reaccionan, Está es una mala empresa

We had a transaction with PETSHOPLIBERIATD and we got scammed. We thought it was a legit business the site displayed they had over a hundred successful transactions. It is mercado libre's responsibilty to vet there sellers.
The site itself is misleading saying there were already successful transactions.
We will sue.

Yo llevo comprando en mercado libre desde hace 2 años y nunca he tenido problemas con Mercado libre ,Atentos y llegan a tiempo los productos,Obviamente como en cada espacio físico y digital de comercio siempre va haber dos caras de la moneda,Así que siempre vallan por lo recomendado de la plataforma por lo más vendido,La misma plataforma nos dice quien es quien.Asi que no hay plataforma,solo debemos aprender a quien comprarle y de qué manera.Gracias!!

Hice una compra, la pagué todavía no vino mi pedido. Tampoco me devolvieron el dinero . Muy mal servicio . Tampoco te atienden , ni responden los mensajes. Iniciaré acciones legales .

En Venezuela trabaja bien, yo solo compro a vendedores autorizados pero es que el problema viene al momento de pagar... MercadoPago es una cagada de pagina, siempre esta caida o no carga, y cuando carga se reinicia o no carga llegado a una etapa. Esto me quita las ganas de comprar espero lo mejoren algun dia

Compras un producto lo devuelves y rechazan unilateralmente la devolucion.

I discovered my designs and intellectual property was being sold on this marketplace platform. I joined there BPP brand protection program.
I have issued authentication of my works and been told that my works infringe.
I have explained I am not a seller and that I wish to remove my copyright.
Having spent time uploading proof of ID, creation dates and first online documentation, image descriptions etc. its all been a waste of time.
I have spoken numerous times to the brand management team (Pedro) and they are totally disconnected.
How can you remove your work if you cant even get past the brand program which was set up to remove copyright infringement?

How can I infringe on my own works

To date nothing has been removed, my stolen works still happily being sold by thieves and protected by Mercado Libre brand protection team.

I worked online in e-commerce for Amazon as the guy said, only to find out it's under Mercado libre. Had money flowing in and out of my account until a client snitched on me to say my account is fraudulent. I'm still being investigated by the bank and these fools dnt answer you via WhatsApp nor telegram. If only I'd known they scamming people. I'm not sure if they using Amazon's name to scam people

Son unos ladrones! El otro día compramos un bulto de Hills LD hepatic por $295.000, el bulto de comida nunca llegó, hicimos el reclamo, que lo dejaron en el sitio equivocado, que lo devolvieron, en fin, este es el día que ni el dinero ni la comida... El vendedor le echa la culpa a mercado ratas y asi sucesivamente...
Estafadores, ladrones, etc. No es recomendable, para Nada!

Trato de hacer una compra, mis tarjetas de credito de 🇺🇸 son rechazadas, trato de llamar por teléfono y nadie respondió. No vi otra forma de comunicarme con ellos. Total, seguiré comprando en Homecenter /Alkosto.

I got a fake product from a Seller and they gave me just a short time to send the product back. I was in the vacacions and whe i came back they had the case closed and i dont have a possibility to send the fake product back. Also their customer service is a joke, They close the whatsapp chat irrevocable if you dont answer in 2 min but neet 35 min to answer temselfes.

I recently made a purchase on ML and paid cash at my local Oxxo in Mexico. A few days later, the Seller contacted me and asked if I would cancel the order because he could not provide the required paperwork to customs. I agreed and after a few days received a credit to my account. However when I tried to apply it to another purchase, it would not let me use. After days of back and forth with customer service via email and Whats App. They were 100% unhelpful, no-one spoke English and using google translate just did not help. The next time I tried to log in to try again, my account required facial recognition to log-in. It wanted an INE card photo which is something only Mexican citizens have. I tried using a US passport and never could get it to work. Tried over 50 times during the past week. Different locations, lighting, laptop, cell phone, but nothing worked. Searched online for another way to contact ML but nothing worked. So, almost a month from the date I made the purchase, I can not log into my account because I can not reach anyone by phone, email or Whats App. I can not place any orders or get a refund. I guess I have just lost this money. Horrible horrible customer service and system.

Scammers took my money after withdrawal to my bank and it isn't showing in the bank account

I was defrauded by a person using the name of this company as a diguse u guys should be able to curb this activity in other not to get the name of the company tarnished

Compré dos cafeteras industriales, solicitaban "palabra clave" al momento de la entrega. Increíble, no llegaron y me llegó un mensaje que se habían recibido con la "palabra clave" por lo tanto, no regresaron el dinero. Imposible hablar con un representante. No hay oficinas.

Después de comprar 2 regalos para mi sobrina en su cumpleaños nunca llegaron. La compra fue cancelada y el reembolso a mi tarjeta no llegó. No tienen número para llamar o servicio al cliente. No recomiendo
